  1. Would love to see a Brady/Miller repeat from the NFCCG repeat here
  2. I love Devin White. I wish we had a field general like that.
  3. @ the comments of those who can't let the Brady hate go and embrace the hatred of the real enemy for the next 10 years, the Chiefs. KC
  4. If we get ourselves a legitimate pass rush we WILL be in the SB next year. Mahomes is definitely bothered back there.
  5. Gotta see the camera angle down the line. It was hella close
  6. Amazing how a few legitimate calls against the KC defense makes them change up their style. Who would have thought?
  7. I'd rather them get a Lombardi than individual accolades, no matter the fairness in my opinion of the distribution or not.
  8. I would like to get him in below market, but there are still some teams that have the cap to offer him more. I wouldn't pay him as much as we paid Dawkins, or more for that matter, but I would like to re-sign him. If we could get him back at the $7M-$9M for two or three years that would be ideal. I don't know where that would slot, but that would be where I drew the line.
  9. Pretty sure that was insinuated by Skip Bayless.
  10. When I said "numbers" what I am talking about is the athletic testing. It's quite obvious Oliver is shorter by a couple inches, as well as his wingspan being less. But Oliver ran a 4.73 forty at 281lbs (.09 slower than Garrett while 10lbs heavier), had a 1.63 10 yard split (same as Garrett), and all of the other physical testing was pretty much equal. 32 reps to 33. Those are the numbers I was talking about, not physical measurements. Oliver plays with power and uses his leverage fairly well on the interior. I think he might benefit from being in space, one on one vs an OT. I hope they give him a look there just to see at least.
  11. Yeah, they are built different for sure. Ed does have that burst and quick first step though. I also think that OT's would have more trouble with him in space because of the power he plays with and his thick lower build. Like mentioned above, John Randle was 6'1" as was Lorax. I'm not saying move him there full time and that's it, but I would like them to give him an extended look in TC or something just to see how he does.
  12. Oh, just think about the scramble possibilities. "Booty options right, gives them a little juke at the line, and then it's off to the races."
  13. I know this has been discussed before, but I'm going to re-hash it again. Ed is on the light side for a DT playing between 280-290lbs. Yes, I know, so is Aaron Donald. On the interior of the defense Ed gets a ton of double teams and this year they had him playing out of position at the 1-Tech on many occasions. We did see flashes from him as a rookie at the 3-Tech though. I still wonder if he would not be better served, as well as the team by his possible production at the position, by a move to DE? Take a look at his Combine and Pro Day results. You know who Ed Oliver's numbers comp to, almost identical, and he weighs about 10lbs more than this person? Myles Garrett. Not saying he is just like Myles Garrett or would immediately put up Myles Garrett numbers at the position, but I think Ed could be a beast playing DE. Hughes isn't getting any younger. Murphy is gone. We're not sure what will happen with Addison. What will Epenesa end up being after a full offseason in the strength and conditioning program? To me this just makes sense. Reggie White was a 290lb defensive end and one of the most fearsome to ever play the game. I think they should give him a look there and see what happens.
  14. He would make the greatest pimp of all time too. His slogan could be (though not sure about the possible copyright infringement) "For a great low rate, you can get online! Go to The General and save some time!"
  15. I had nothing prompt me about a pay wall when I clicked on the link.
  16. If he is truly healthy I would offer him an incentive laden deal. Even with incentives that deal would not exceed $4M.
  17. Pass and pass. Neither is really an upgrade from what we have at either position. Would rather use the money towards re-signing D. Williams.
  18. I'd take this draft for sure 29: R1 P29 LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah - Notre Dame 61: R2 P29 RB Najee Harris - Alabama 92: R3 P28 EDGE Rashad Weaver - Pitt 158: R5 P17 CB Darren Hall - San Diego State 170: R5 P29 OT James Hudson - Cincinnati 207: R6 P28 TE Tommy Tremble - Notre Dame 230: R7 P8 WR Trevon Grimes - Florida
  19. Beasley should stick to rappin, Ramsey should stick to getting burnt by Devante Adams, Tyler should stick to making Madea movies, and Tua should stick to looking up YouTube videos on "How To Improve Your Arm Strength".
