  1. I think I said 11-5 and winning the division at the beginning of the year. If we stay healthy, and that is a big IF, then I see that as our floor. If we get 4 more wins in our division alone that makes 7 wins. We should sweep the division this year, but could lose one to NE. We should beat the Raiders and that is 8 wins. Chargers, SF, and Denver, 3 games I believe we will win, makes that 11 win total. The Arizona game should be a W, but that offense could be a problem. That would be 12 wins if we sweep the division or 11 if we drop one to the Pats. Tennessee, KC, Pittsburgh, and Seattle are by far the toughest games on our schedule. They are games that the odds will be against us. We're a good football team. I want to see a W this week against LV and see how the Titans game plays out with them now basically getting an early bye. After that it's KC 4 days later on a Thursday night. We'll find out a lot over the next three weeks, but I don't see us having anything less than 11 wins this year.
  2. But not his Madden rating.
  3. What gets me is every year NCAA was always the superior game. I loved the NCAA franchise. You figured since NCAA got shut down that it would give them more time to put out a better product in Madden. That hasn't been the case. It's basically the same game year in and year out minus a few tweaks or a different gameplay style here or there.
  4. Meanwhile, EA and PFF getting together to discuss Josh Allen's rating.....
  5. I think the knee injury is definitely still causing him an issue at this time, but I always thought he would be a 3-Tech or 5-Tech in the NFL. His last two years he was a disruptive force at Stanford. I saw him play multiple times and he stood out making plays in the backfield or getting to the QB. You had to account for him. In 2016 he had 10 tfl's and 7 sacks. In 2017 he 17 tfl's and 7.5 sacks. I believe part of his ineffectiveness up to this point of his career is being played out of position.
  6. Ahhhh, gotcha my friend. I absolutely take Diggs for that reason. He's proven and he's an upper tier, if not elite, WR in this league. DCofNC says they are "crushing it" right now when in actuality Jeudy is not crushing it. I believe both players, he and Lamb, will be good. They were 2 of the top 3 prospects in this draft. For this team though, Diggs was ABSOLUTELY the right choice and we have him under contract at a reasonable rate for the next few years.
  7. I think you meant to quote someone else my friend.
  8. Jeudy has 13 catches and Lamb 16. Diggs has 20 even getting covered by each team's best CB. Jeudy has 173 yds and Lamb 230 through 3 games. Diggs 288 yds with the aforementioned attention. Jeudy and Lamb each have 0 TD's. Diggs has 2 with the aforementioned attention. Jeudy has also been dropping easy catches. The rooks are alright, but give me Diggs any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
  9. I think the problem with the DL is Butler should be playing the 1-Tech, as they mentioned, and everyone else is actually a 3-Tech. Harrison Phillips is a 3-Tech in my opinion. He was much more effective going after the QB and disrupting plays in the backfield at Stanford than he was trying to take on a couple of blockers to clog up the interior. I think we, dare I say it, miss Star on the DL.
  10. Absolutely, Josh Jacobs and Derrick Henry on deck.
  11. Yeah, I don't think I would throw any weight behind that one. Yep, dude was legit af. Sources from deep within the organization and all that.
  12. Dunkirk Don is digging out the foundation right now with his own personal shovel.
  13. You see and hear who let Odoms get through for the blocked kick? Rick Dennison, underachieving since his playing days. I didn't even allow myself to get far enough down to read your comment before posting mine.
  14. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if they were. I put the emoji because it would basically guarantee us a victory.
  15. https://www.si.com/nfl/2020/09/29/derek-carr-raiders-charity-event-masks-coronavirus Here's a link to the story.
  16. I think they should all be suspended this game. Carr, Waller, Witten, the whole bunch who were there.
  17. The Ravens would become the 49ers after Roman offensively. To me, it would also mean that the Jets might be more interested in Justin Fields when draft time rolled around especially if they don't end up with the #1 pick. I wouldn't be that concerned with the hire like he is immediately going to turn the team around, but he would definitely be a better option than Gase. If the Jets actually had a competent FO, which we all know they don't, they would be targeting Eric Bienemy.
  18. Josh Allen doesn't orchestrate comebacks, comebacks try to orchestrate Josh Allen
  19. PFF giving out their weekly grades
  20. I've been slapped on the wrist a couple of times by Hap. Once a couple of years ago and once in 2019. I feel like I've been a quality citizen since and have earned the removal of my ankle monitor. My apologies, it was 3 times. Twice in 2018 and once in 2019. A model of impeccable character ever since.
  21. The horror of those images. They've been duping us all from time to time for the better part of the 15 years I've been here I know.
  22. Hughes gave us this gem last year and it really is a rallying cry for this team
  23. Not only that throw, but there were multiple throws to the intermediate and deeper parts of the field Jackson just outright missed. Brown could have had at least two, if not three, TD's last night if Jackson could have hit his man running wide open down the sidelines. Even Riddick called him out on it every time it happened.
  24. Yeah it wasn't routine or anything, but it's a catch he usually would make. He is one of the better receiving TE's in the NFL right now.
