  1. I just realized who Darnold reminds me of, Jake Delhomme. The way they move around in the pocket, the throwing motion, all of it. The only difference at this point is Darnold doesn't have a Steve Smith. I still think Darnold can have a decent career if he lands in the right situation. A place with a solid OL, solid coaching, and decent weapons around him. For his sake I hope the Jets do trade him.
  2. Didn't know if you had seen this already or not @YoloinOhio, but Tre is playing for the East squad in the All American Bowl on January 2. https://richmond.com/sports/high-school/football/hopewell-running-back-treveyon-henderson-to-play-for-east-team-in-all-american-bowl/article_34fb4cd3-fb99-5b34-a574-3af836152534.html
  3. I would have said Houston, but they showed BOB the door.
  4. If you can get him going laterally then he's not that hard to stop. We have to be gap disciplined and try to make him bounce everything. If that happens we can contain him.
  5. And if the defense works itself into last year and the previous year before that's form? For the rest of the league it's
  6. Only because they couldn't find a way to keep him from the top in their sham ranking system for the first time in 3 years after a game. Those guys are a bunch of 🤡's.
  7. @YoloinOhio do we know who all is on the Covid list for the Titans and won't be available this evening? I know Adam Humpries and Corey Davis are two.
  8. This is true. The dead cap would be enormous if they get rid of him before 2023 without some kind of restructure. I had said I thought he would end up in SF, but that was before looking at this contract. I don't see any way financially they could move him unless there is some kind of massive restructure involved to lessen the hit. The Falcons are another team that has handed out some really questionable contracts at times over recent years.
  9. But isn't Gase the same guy who doesn't talk to his players outside of the QB and maybe a couple others? He lets the other coaches handle it. The words of Jamal Adams ring rather true right now. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/07/24/jamal-adams-adam-gase-isnt-right-leader-for-jets/
  10. But, but, but, PFF
  11. I was kind of hoping for an undefeated showdown against the Chiefs. Truthfully though, I just want the Bills to rack up as many W's as possible. It would be awesome to get some home games in the playoffs. Take care of ours and let the rest of the NFL will sort itself out.
  12. I truly loved listening to Joe talk baseball on ESPN. The stories he would tell, in game analysis, breakdowns, I can hear his voice even as I type this.
  13. Let's take a look at the "Sunshine Sweepstakes" The Falcons might get 3 wins this year. Rd. 2 with Carolina, the Lions, and possibly Denver. The rest of those games are L's. They could lose them all though. The Giants showed some signs of life yesterday. They could possibly end up with 2 to 5 wins looking at the remainder of their schedule. They have 5 more games in a putrid division, the Bengals, and a Jekyll/Hyde Arizona team. I think they will win 3 of those games. The Jets are the worst team in the NFL right now. Their schedule is also the toughest remaining of all the crappy teams vying for that #1 pick. This truly looks like a winless team right now. I can't see them stealing a game from anyone. How the Jaguars stole that week 1 game from Indy I'll never know. They too are a team devoid of talent on the field outside of a couple players and without a competent coaching staff. The game against the Lions will determine if they get another W or not. After that it's all L's on the schedule. Washington snuck up on Philly in the opener, play in a terrible division, and they have a solid defense. They also have a bunch of winnable games on deck. I think they will get 4 or 5 more wins and play themselves out of the Sunshine Sweepstakes.
  14. I've heard the muscle/bone structure of those Reptilians is slightly different from our own which makes them more susceptible to injury.
  15. I don't know what else they expect Carr to do to keep the job in LV. He's completing 73% of his passes, has thrown for 1,442 yds, 11 TD's, and 1 INT through 5 games. He also just led them to their 1st win against the Chiefs in Arrowhead since 2012. He's turning into Gruden's new Rich Gannon.
  16. So if they are gashing us with the run you don't think play-action draws defenders closer to the LOS, even if it's just a half step before they try to recover in their drops? Okay.
  17. This is true, but I'm saying they still have an overall good group of skill player. It's not one to be dismissed just because they are likely to be without Watkins, especially if we are without Tre for any reason.
  18. Not sure my friend. I didn't get to watch, but maybe the last 5 minutes or so of that one.
  19. They still have a good group of offensive weapons with Hardman, Robinson, and CEH to go along with Kelce/Hill. It will be another game where stopping the run is key as not to let lanes open up with the play action game. Really hoping Milano is good to go by next Monday.
  20. The crazy thing if you saw the injury happen? When he rolls over, and sees his leg laying in the wrong direction, he slammed it on the ground like he was just going to straighten it back out.
  21. Saw that one live when I was like 10 years old. Still remember it to this day.
  22. That looks an awful lot like Alex Smith a couple of years ago
  23. Omg ...... Dak's leg
  24. The same guy just injured for Dallas is the same guy who tried to roll over with Carson's knee when they played Seattle on some dirty . You reap what you sow.
  25. I saw Rogers with a 101 yd TD return for Indy and thought "It's a Da'Rick sighting!!!"
