Dunkirk Don then he returned as Chadwick Chad, DDCC.
It's official per Manish Mehta and we all know that track record. There have been other reports saying they aren't shopping him. Who knows really. Word is they want more than a 2nd though if they do trade him. It won't be us.
I think this is likely what they are considering. He is not the Harry pre-injury and he showed enough before that where they don't want to let him go. Give him some time on the sidelines and see if he can get back to 100% before the playoffs or IR him, but I don't expect to see him released.
I went with No and No. With the upcoming salary cap drop and the people we will need to re-sign I don't see it happening. The only way I do see us making a move, that would likely be on the defensive side of the ball, is if we lay an egg against the Pats.
Those USC teams did have all kinds of talent, especially his first year as the starter. The 2nd year they were trying to replace some guys on the OL and you saw what he looked like under pressure. There have also been multiple reports about him being an arrogant son of a biscuit dating back to his days at USC. I think he could still be a quality starter if put in the right system and under a coaching staff that knew what the heck they were doing.
As much as I can't stand BB, I have to agree with you. They were hit the hardest by star players opting out. In a way I believe Kraft never truly thought Brady would leave. They lost more than any team from the end of last season to this one. It's just one of those years......... Not saying that I don't love watching Pats fans sulk or them have their problems as an organization, I still absolutely love it.
There are 5 full months before the new league year. I'd imagine with positive rehab reports they will find someone willing to take a shot on him. I fully expect him to never dress for that team again.
Pssshhh, Jacksonville is surely all in on the Sunshine Sweepstakes. They are neck and neck with the Jets, but shot themselves in the foot with that week 1 W.
They covered well today in the red zone. Gannon broke it down multiple times. He's also not the one out there throwing the flags or getting penalized. Three of those flags pushed us back in the red zone and one took a TD off the board.
It's amazing that Josh is basically the entire offense, he throws for 300 again, completes almost 70% of his passes again, leads us to a W, and some people are talking like he's a problem.
