  1. I think a lot of it goes back to the narrative they are STILL ever trying to hold onto with Josh. Sure, they talk him up a bit more now, but they always come back to the same stuff whether vaguely or blatant. The "sugar high" thing, talking about the Houston game, just whatever that one play is they try to point to that "proves" them right. Wilson blew the SB against the Pats while the defense won the other one he was in almost singlehandedly. Rodgers hasn't been able to make it back since he won the one. Mahomes is Mahomes and he too has laid some eggs. Josh is already better than Lamar as a QB, even though Lamar won an MVP. Schrager is right though, we haven't even seen the best version of Josh yet and the that should be scary for everyone we face. Combine that with the fact Josh is relentless in his pursuit of becoming the best he can be through his work ethic, while throwing in that competitive fire he has? Like I said, if the defense comes back up and the offense stays on par with last year then watch out.
  2. Thanks for posting. It's funny how the QB gets all of the praise or ALL of the fault in people's eyes. Was the AFC Title game Josh's best performance? No. But the OL was horrendous, our WR group was banged up (hell, Beasley was playing with a broken leg), the Chiefs were playing some dirty football, and their defense got flagged for nothing while they were engaged in holding/DPI/illegal contact 7 out of every 10 snaps. Fast forward to the SB where Brady and Tampa got the calls that we didn't and you see the end result. If our defense improves getting to the QB, we improve covering TE's, and our offense is on par with last year? Watch out.
  3. Ahhhh, ok. I thought you were saying "nope" to the player in general.
  4. If Yolo says nope, especially to a former Buckeye, I take that to the bank.
  5. This is the day and age we live in, where you can't have your own opinion (that should be respected) without having the horde come after you because you don't just fall in line with what others "think" you should say or do. It's totally ignorant.
  6. I remember him from his time @ FSU and the story about him with the Autistic child. Seems his life has taken a much darker turn after football. https://www.si.com/extra-mustard/2016/08/31/florida-state-travis-rudolph-lunch-boy-autism https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/04/07/ex-giant-travis-rudolph-charged-with-first-degree-murder/
  7. Matt Haack when he runs into chongli
  8. Yeah, I really like watching Simms as well because he goes into the full breakdown of everything. Coverages, reads, adjustments, just all of the nuances that the casual fan may miss at times, but things that people who played through HS and beyond will usually pickup on also.
  9. I really dig the Kyle Brandt and Pat McAfee style of interviews above all the rest. They are just more engaging and fun in general. Watching or listening to most people from the Bills FO, Coaching Staff, or the players these days is all so much more entertaining than before in general. It's partially because we're on the rise again, but it's also because of the vibe around all of the people involved in this organization. Josh, Tre, Diggs, Beane, Dawkins, I mean the Bills haven't been this fun to be around or watch since the early 90's and that's a fact. The Covid vax thing though? Not really sure why that was even brought up. We can have regular interviews, about sports, without having to throw things like that in there regardless of what side of the fence you stand on. It made for an awkward minute or two with Josh having to tip-toe around his answer. Completely irrelevant to the segment itself as a whole.
  10. Now Reliant Energy is backing away from Watson. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/04/07/reliant-energy-will-not-continue-working-with-deshaun-watson-as-brand-ambassador/

  12. He looks like uncle Denzel
  13. I knew I remembered someone on here banging the table for Lamp. I couldn't remember if it was you, Bandit, or both.
  14. The numbers are only because of the committee that Shanahan has always used at RB. He improved substantially from year one to two catching the ball out of the backfield and he is more than adequate while being younger and more explosive. That mustache is on point, but we don't really need the player.
  15. Bro, you gotta sign him just for the mustache game he brings to the team photo alone. Seriously though, Brieda is more explosive, younger, and capable of catching passes out of the backfield.
  16. I've been saying this for weeks, that his career may be over. If not I see a 2 to 3 year disruption while things play out. The whole situation and the circumstances in itself is not only strange, but disturbing to say the least. I can't see anyone wanting him to be the face of their franchise and choose to deal with the surrounding circus unless he is somehow fully exonerated, which seems HIGHLY unlikely.
  17. This is just the beginning. It's all about to come tumbling down.
  18. Stayed put and this one worked out fairly well.
  19. Tre giving his breakdown after analyzing what's in front of him.
  20. This is a lie says people on here. The focus on ST? The misuse of cap space on players not worthy? Beane/McDermott keeping guys they should clearly release outright?
