I mean, Miami is now set up with two 1st Round picks for the next 3 years. Next year they have 6 picks in the first three rounds, two in each round. They've done one hell of a job amassing draft capital, but they still have to hit on those picks. I think they are rolling with Tua this year and they will use all of those picks to get a QB next year if he flops in 2021.

3rd easiest schedule next year according to Mike Clay

These types of projections mean nothing in March. You won't really have a feel of things until about week 4 of the regular season. Injuries happen, things click for some teams, and some just fall apart compared to previous years. I look at our schedule and I think it's pretty tough. But to be the best, you gotta beat the best!!!!! -
I really like Surratt. He's athletic, fairly instinctive (former QB), and a sure tackler. He can run with RB's and TE's in coverage. He also has a nice closing burst when he sees the ball dumped off in the flat or underneath. I think he would fit well into this defense.

I think Sammy could fit, but it's still up to Roman to scheme guys open and Lamar to hit them with the ball. We'll see how it pans out.

Bengals, Eagles, or Browns

Obviously trading up for Finkle

I think we draft a 1-Tech on either day 2 or 3 that will be groomed as Star's replacement. Tyler Shelvin, Marvin Wilson, Tedarrell Slaton, Neil Farrell Jr., or Bobby Brown III are the guys I would expect us to grab from.

I know I've seen some people mention Darden on here as a Day 3 option. Here are his numbers below. That Short Shuttle and 3-Cone drill, wow. WR Jaelon Darden Height: 5'8″ (2nd percentile) Weight: 174 (4th) Vertical: 36 (47th) Broad: 122 (54th) Bench: 11 reps (26th) 40-yard: 4.46 (63rd) Short shuttle: 3.98 (97th) 3-cone: 6.66 (93rd) I also think I remember hearing the Bills had met with Darren Hall, CB from SDSU. Here are his #'s from his Pro Day. CB Darren Hall Height: 5'11” (49th percentile) Weight: 188 (32nd) Arm: 30 5/8 (26th) Vertical: 39 (80th) Broad: 132 (94th) Bench: 16 reps (70th) 40-yard: 4.47 (54th) Short shuttle: 4.28 (31st) 3-cone: 7.07 (26th) -
I agree on Jackson's limitations at this point. I have spoken about them before. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed though he is an amazing athlete, seemingly good guy, and by all accounts a great teammate. A lot of his completions come when a play is breaking down and he finds one of his 6'4" guys breaking loose from coverage. The running threat is what opens up most of his opportunities. He does struggle throwing the ball outside of the hashes and has since college. He's also a bit erratic with the deep ball. I have never seen him sit in the pocket and dissect a defense. That may never end up being his game. Roman is still responsible for the route trees he asks the WR's to run and they have been vanilla for years now. Extremely predictable. It was that way in SF, it was that way here, and it's now that way in Baltimore. The difference in Baltimore is he has a generational athlete playing QB that still makes the offense successful. If they don't get more creative with what they do, if they don't push Lamar to grow as a QB, then their ceiling is what you see right now. A perennial playoff team who always comes up short. That's just my 2.

Battled some injuries last year and never really got going for Miami. Hopefully he's fully healthy this year and can add something to the offense.

I think it's safe to say Jaycee Horn from South Carolina probably made himself some $$$ yesterday too. CB Jaycee Horn Height: 6'1″ (75th percentile) Weight: 205 (91st) Arm: 33 (93rd) Vertical: 42 (97th) Broad: 133 (96th) Bench: 19 reps (89th) 40-yard: 4.39 (85th) -

Yeah, but I'm not believing he ran a 4.36 40. No way. I've watched him chase after RB's and QB's. It's not 4.36-ish. Maybe 4.56-ish. I know you watched him against Ohio St. this year. Do you think you saw that speed? -

I'm not buying those 40 times. No way. If you've watched either of them play there is absolutely nothing that says sub 4.4 40yd dash. -
Sammy's 1,000yd season was under Kromer I thought? Never mind, I'm an idiot
-
I put much of the fault on Roman's schemes as much as Jackson. He's very vanilla in the passing game, so much so that Jackson and others talked about how defenses knew what plays they were going to run pre-snap. The only WR ever to get 1,000 yds in a Roman offense was Michael Crabtree, one time, if I am not mistaken.

And this is what we should do. If BPA is OL, you take OL. If BPA is S, you take S. If BPA is RB, you take RB. If BPA is LB, you take LB. If BPA is CB, you take CB. You can't go wrong taking BPA. I believe that is one of the things that set Ozzie Newsome apart from the rest of the GM's in the NFL. If you go back and look at his drafts and compare them to the rosters at the time, they always seemed to be going BPA in their eyes. -

Here's another just like you had previously mentioned. RB Kene Nwangwu Height: 6'0″ (83rd percentile) Weight: 212 (45th) Vertical: 37 (77th) Broad: 125 (87th) Bench: 22 reps (75th) 40-yard: 4.29 (99th) Short shuttle: 4.15 (80th) 3-cone: 6.75 (94th)
