You have CB discontent in Miami too. Xavien Howard is #6 on that list, making $15M, but out here pissing and moaning about more $$$ as well.

Thanks MGK I too believe that Sanders is an upgrade over Brown. Brown had that speed to occasionally get behind a defense, but so does McKenzie and I like the Stevenson add for that reason as well. Where Sanders outshines Brown is in his route running and how sure-handed he is. I was totally good with that swap out in the WR group. As for Harry? I hope for big things from him this year. If that Baltimore game in the Playoffs was any sort of foreshadowing to what we can expect moving forward then I believe the 1-Tech is in good hands.

53 Man Roster: Projection After OTA/Minicamp
H2o replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Anderson/Lamp makes it over Bates/Boettger. I think they keep Zimmer over Obada. Or, don't be surprised if Addison ends up being cut if some of the younger guys show themselves to be more than capable throughout TC and Preseason. I also won't be surprised if they choose to stash Wildgoose on the PS. Edit: And I believe Stevenson makes it over Hodgins if only for ST ability alone. Hodgins will be stashed on the PS. -
This is a simple Poll. Will Josh Allen regress?
H2o replied to PrimeTime101's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The offense is basically intact, bringing back everyone except John Brown. In John Brown's place we added Sanders, who is a far better route runner and more sure-handed. Davis will be going into his 2nd year and should continue to grow. Hodgins will finally be able to get a look. We still have McKenzie. We added Hollister, whom Allen played with at Wyoming. Knox has apparently been working his tail off to get better. The OL is intact and we added some younger depth. We added Breida to the RB group. Daboll is still the OC. These guys are also getting a full, normal offseason in together which can't be underestimated. Then you throw in Josh's competitive nature, his relentless work ethic, and you have a QB poised to take another step forward. This is what I expect, that Josh will again show improvement. -

I understand carrying a gun on you. Maybe even a bit more so if you're rich, famous, and feel or have been threatened. But what in the hell do you need to be riding around with an Uzi in your passenger seat for? Shouldn't a handgun suffice? Just stupid imo.

His preference, his life. This really shouldn't be a story or that big of a deal honestly. I'm sure there have been numerous gay/bi football players at this point even though it wasn't broadcast.

I think this is the year for Ed Oliver
H2o replied to ghostwriter's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Ed is playing his natural 3-Tech position this year, and we are getting solid 1-Tech play from Star or Harry, then I am expecting anywhere between 10-14 sacks and 10 more tfl's to go along with it. I think last year's experience will help him even more so because of the fact he faced those double teams for a majority of the season while playing out of position. If you can take on and get wins against two 300lb+ starting OL'man, then going against one is gonna be like you gave a fat kid a box of Ho Hos. Ed's gonna eat. -
Happy Father's Day everyone. Be active in your kids' lives and never miss a moment. Time flies by faster than you would ever believe.

LeSean McCoy Remembering his Buffalo Days

I have seen people I know who have gotten the vax get sick as a dog, some for weeks on end. I've seen the news reports about perfectly healthy kids ending up with heart issues or blood clots after getting the shot. I have also been in close contact with people who've had Covid, while they've had it, and didn't get it. Most of the people I've known to get it have recovered from it. There have only been a couple who passed and they also had other serious health issues. I also see where people getting vaccinated are still getting Covid. Three people I work with got the vax and still got Covid. Since that's the case I don't see where we need it at all, having been healthy through this whole situation, so I won't take that chance.
-
We've had every other vaccine. The ones that have been around with years of data behind them. I'm not completely "anti-vax" as people try to label. But we never get flu shots and we're not getting this. The possible heart issues, the possible blood clots, the sickness you get from it, as well as other things I have seen. We're healthy and have been through all of this. The shot is unnecessary to me/us. Not doing it.
-
I actually don't believe it helps or protects, but on the contrary I don't want to take the chance of self inflicted harm that could come from it. Either be that to me or at my hands to my children. The question is posed for those who believes it does make them "safe" from the effects. I'd rather take my chances with me and my children having remained healthy through this entire ordeal.
-
Ok, so my kids have had 4 kids throughout their elementary and middle school years die from flu related pneumonia when the flu was going around their school. Do we blame the parents who sent their kids to school not feeling well, coughing, snot nosed, or running a fever for giving it to other kids? Do we blame the kids themselves? Are they murderers? Yes, Cole should not be involved in such charity type work at this point in time. But your example is grasping at straws at best.

This is as ridiculous a statement as I have seen in this entire thread. Just flat out ridiculous, but such is the mentality these days. Again, if you believe the vax keeps you from getting or spreading Covid, and you have been vaccinated, then what does it matter if he's not? He's not here "killing" anyone. That's just dumb.

LeSean McCoy Remembering his Buffalo Days

If we had 2016 Shady McCoy this year then we'd hoist a Lombardi. -
This is not true either. The US population is only just over 331,000,000 people. There have not been 315,000,000 people who've gotten the first shot, but 315,000,000 total doses administered. 2 shots for the 148,000,000 totally vaccinated accounting for 296,000,000 of the doses. That means another 19,000,000 have gotten the first shot. That makes 167,000,000 who have gotten in line to be vaccinated, which is a shade over 50% of the population.
