What song describes how you feel about tomorrow's game?

Sad about the young man's father, but awesome he has some big time visits coming up. You can definitely tell he's got something about him on the field, an it factor so to speak, that not many others have.

Tonight Hopewell had their Homecoming game against the 6-0, #3 in the state, Thomas Dale Knights. It was a rough game for Mason. He had a couple of nice throws, but only completed about 50% of his passes. He had guys open, but the OL really struggled against the Thomas Dale defensive front. He was under constant pressure all night. Most of his damage this game was actually with his legs. He had about 80 yards rushing and a TD on the ground. Also had around 150 yards passing and a TD. Most of that came on a 35 yard catch and run in the 4th where the WR slipped a tackle, then was able to weave into the endzone. Hopewell lost 41-12. The Thomas Dale QB is a kid named Ethan Minter. He's only a Junior, but that young man is something else. He had around 250 yards passing and 150 yards rushing, with 4 total TD's. He looks like he has the potential to be special. He looks to have 4.5-4.6 speed to go along with a rocket arm. He threw a 50 yard pass tonight that you couldn't have run up and handed to a WR better. They run an RPO offense as well. Every decision he made was the correct one. He knew when to let the RB take the ball. He knew when to pull it back and run himself. He knew when to hit the underneath routes. He knew when to take his shots. I only saw 3 incompletions in 20-25 passes. Final note on the evening. Kesean Henderson is NOT TreVeyon Henderson, nor will he ever be. Kesean has speed, but not TreVeyon speed. Kesean has some agility, but not TreVeyon agility. Kesean doesn't have the same vision TreVeyon had at his age either. Kesean also doesn't have the same acceleration. He's still only a Junior and has the chance to improve, but right now he's looking like more of a lower end 3 star talent instead of a 4 or 5 star talent. That's just me being honest.

Is Dan Snyder blackmailing the NFL and it’s owners?

Soon to be Dan Snyder -
Some of this is Allen, as he stated he was working on ball placement so his WR's could get YAC during the offseason. Some of it is on Dorsey and how he has changed some things schematically within the offense. Some of it is on the guys catching the ball. Both Beasley and Sanders were not big YAC guys and tended to go down rather quickly after a reception. This year McKenzie, Crowder, and Shakir have all shown better than those two. Gabe has also made the most of his opportunities.

Tre White will return the week after the Bye, on a snap count I would imagine, against the Packers. If Tre comes back fully healthy, as All Pro Tre, then this defense goes from Top 5 in the NFL to one of the best we have ever seen.

Robert Woods tore his ACL last year in mid-November and was out for the remainder of the season in LA. He was back playing for Tennessee at the start of the season. OBJ should be ready to go by December.

New offensive wrinkles for the Chiefs defense this week

@Zerovoltzis going to spill the beans to Andy Reid and his staff. -
Aaaaaaaand this embodies EVERYTHING that is wrong with today's social climate. Not you Romes, just all of the comments in the link. A bunch of soft Nancy's, some who wear dresses and some who don't, all acting like it's their right to never be offended by anything that anyone could ever possibly say. "Omgerd, Troy is sexist, this is sexisms, this is chauvinisms, he should be cancelled, this is insensitive."

Honestly, I think CMC would benefit from the rotation style we have here. Less wear and tear on the body and keep him ready for January, when the games truly matter. It would be the same type of effect as having a healthy OBJ. The question would be who is the defense going to focus on? Diggs, Davis, CMC, Knox, Shakir, McKenzie? It really would be pick your poison and there would be no way to shut it down completely.

Was the 98 yard TD to Gabe Davis, the best long throw of Allen’s career?
H2o replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
The 75 yard TD in the Playoffs last year to Gabe Davis has to be up there in the top 3, if not #1. The ball was 65 yards in the air and dropped right in the bucket, in perfect stride, for a TD. -
Can't say you didn't see this one coming. He's not built for the NFL. He'll go right back to a college gig after a year or so off.
