  1. Pass. If he's not going to be able to at least get some reps with the ones before the Playoffs, then I'm not shaking up the depth chart just for him (still not knowing what you'll really get) during the Playoffs.
  2. Seriously bruh?............................ The Bills just played 3 games in 11 days, all on the road, and navigating through one of the largest snow storms on record. The culture is the first thing that changed around here when McDermott and Beane came in. We got rid of all of the lazy, me first bums and started building a winning franchise again. You neglect all of the factors that have led to the stretch we have seen, but a stretch that still finds us 9-3 and the #1 seed currently in the AFC. The injuries to various starters, including our QB who is still on the field week in and week out battling through his. In the words of DC Tom, you're an i....... Yeah, if you've been here long enough, you know the rest.
  3. I'm not saying Lamar is complete trash or anything, but he hasn't taken any noticeable steps forward. The numbers actually say he has taken a step back over the last 3 seasons. He's also a few years older now with a few years more wear and tear on his body. The injuries are starting to happen. He still can be dangerous, but his flaws remain his flaws. He is a top 10-15 starting QB in this league and should fall in that Cousins/Dak $$$ range. The one place that would be REALLY interesting if he landed there imo? Miami where they have Waddle and Hill, guys who are the epitome of a scramble drill. That would be an interesting fit. But even still, I don't think NFL FO's see him in the same light the media tries to portray him and hype him up as. He's not sliced bread. He's a supreme athlete who is a middling passer at the QB position. I still like to watch him play though. Josh does thrive at times when the play breaks down. The main difference between Allen and Lamar though? Allen can make any and every throw on the football field, accurately, regardless of how tight the window, and he can do it from the pocket. Lamar cannot. I like Lamar, I really do, but he can't hold a candle to Josh. MVP or no MVP.
  4. Per Schefter
  5. Aaaaaaand just like I was talking about earlier, Louis Riddick is defending Lamar with his every breath and acting angry that people dare think he isn't worth some massive deal. He's not talking about Lamar's decline since his 2nd year, only about what Lamar has around him this year.
  6. I'd rather Josh get Super Bowl MVP than League MVP. Let Hurts, Macaulay, or Kermit take the regular season hardware.
  7. I believe they will, but they now need a backup.
  8. San Fran would be a solid landing spot for him, but there are likely other teams on the waiver wire ahead of them who may take a swing.
  9. I say the Chiefs have to be on the lookout against both the Seahawks and the Raiders. The Seahawks may be in a bit of trouble depending on the extent of Walker's injury, but they have a solid team none the less. The Raiders are on a 3 game win streak and Josh Jacobs is the truth. Carr and Devante are starting to look like they did in college as well. The Chiefs COULD get two more L's, though I think they could also roll through everyone. The Bengals have the the toughest schedule of the three. All the games you highlighted are possible L's. I'm hoping they catch two though, one to us and then one of their other games. I hope we are as healthy as we have been all season for that week 17 matchup. Our schedule is not easy, but we should win all of these games. The one that makes me nervous more than of the others is, of course, at Cincy. We just need to take care of business the rest of the way. Do whatever it takes to win, I don't care. Run the ball, pass the ball, ride off of the defense, whatever. Having the Playoffs run through Buffalo, as well as that week off, would be HUGE and a distinct advantage for us.
  10. I say it's a combination of both. Greg Roman has had four 1,000 yard WR's in his 15 years of being an OC. Crabtree, Boldin (twice), Watkins, and Hollywood Brown. His offense has basically 0 creativity in the passing game. Alex Smith, Kaepernick, Tyrod, and Lamar probably have a say in that, but his scheme is what it is.
  11. There are a few teams who seem to be headed in the right direction that have multiple picks. Detroit currently has #4 from LA and they have made great strides this year. Two picks in the top 15, with the way they are going, could have them atop the NFCN next year if they hit. Seattle, of course, absolutely fleeced the Broncos. Philly with their upper echelon pick (currently, but the NFC South is ever changing with the Bucs sucking too). Even Houston is sitting pretty right now to turn things around if they hit on both picks.
  12. It's pretty fair to say that Lamar has cost himself a lot of $$$. He probably could have had $200M gtd in August, but didn't take the deal. Then, this season, we have seen him struggle again. His completion percentage has been on the decline since his 2nd season, his MVP season, as well as his number of overall TD's. He's still an effective runner of course, but we have seen him going down due to injury the last two seasons now. He hasn't progressed as a passer at all imo. He still has trouble reading defenses and throwing outside the hashes. A lot of his completions are generated due to his legs and then finding the open man when the play breaks down, usually a TE. I have a feeling that Lamar is not viewed by NFL FO's the same way the media has tried to portray him and hype him up the last 3 years.
  13. Do they know something we don't? The Chargers are losing right now and are 6-5.
  14. Perrine running tough today. Run that clock Cincy!!!
  15. Defense!!! Mahomes limping
  16. Mahomes looks like he's wearing blush
  17. Romo is beginning to become insufferable. I think I'd rather listen to Collinsworth at this point
  18. That almost looked like it happened for Vegas reasons

  20. Watching the Giants/Commanders game. Sitting here shaking my head at the idiot calls Daboll still makes at times. There have been at least 4 head scratchers already.
  21. Saw it live. Didn't look like it. He just seemed to land hard on the knee, not get bent or any kind of plant type of injury
  22. That was almost as bad as McGahee's that I watched live. Yikes
