For all of you talking about Tavon Austin Here are Tavon's CAREER stats: Cole Beasley accomplished more in his 3 years here than Tavon has in his entire career. Please stop with the Tavon talk. There's a reason he's been a JAG journeyman.

FINISH HIM!!!

We're 10-3, #1 in the AFC currently, and our 3 losses have been by a combined 8 points. We've also had a rash of injuries to a number of starters and KEY players on this team we have shuffled through since week 3. We are 5-3 in 1 score games this year where last year we were 0-6. Our schedule has also been a lot harder than many of our AFC counterparts who are anywhere near us in the standings. We hold head to head wins over every other division leader in the AFC. We can bury the Fish Saturday night and basically sew up the AFC East for the 3rd year in a row. If we win out, which is still a tall task with Cincy on the schedule, we have home field advantage and get the coveted Bye week regardless of what anyone else does. And all of this we have done without playing our best, most complete football yet. I still like our chances, A LOT, especially if we can continue to get and remain healthy.

Orlovsky: Bills aren't as talented offensively as we thought
H2o replied to Billz4ever's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree on keeping Poyer and Edmunds. We don't have to worry about Oliver until 2024 because 2023 is 5th year option. JP is on a two year deal so will be here next year as well. Lawson should be able to be retained relatively cheap I would imagine. The main thing that HAS to be upgraded for Josh is the OL. He's running for his life more often than not, on basically every play. Yes I want another WR, but we HAVE to fix the OL. If it wasn't for Josh's mobility, they would be seen as one of the worst units in the NFL. -

So....................... He's "whiffed" on draft picks, and we have a SB contending roster, but because it isn't all from the draft then he's bad at his job? -
This is something we can agree on

Lamar Jackson leaves denver game with knee injury
H2o replied to BuffaloBills1998's topic in The Stadium Wall
Depending on the type of PCL sprain, Lamar should be back no later than 4 weeks. The Ravens' next 4 games? The Steelers, the Browns, the Falcons, and the Steelers. Baltimore should be fine. They close out with Cincy. He will be back by then. -

Hackett was probably a worse hire than Matt Rhule by the Panthers, but that bum Russell Wilson has done him 0 favors.

Pass. If he's not going to be able to at least get some reps with the ones before the Playoffs, then I'm not shaking up the depth chart just for him (still not knowing what you'll really get) during the Playoffs.

Seriously bruh?............................ The Bills just played 3 games in 11 days, all on the road, and navigating through one of the largest snow storms on record. The culture is the first thing that changed around here when McDermott and Beane came in. We got rid of all of the lazy, me first bums and started building a winning franchise again. You neglect all of the factors that have led to the stretch we have seen, but a stretch that still finds us 9-3 and the #1 seed currently in the AFC. The injuries to various starters, including our QB who is still on the field week in and week out battling through his. In the words of DC Tom, you're an i....... Yeah, if you've been here long enough, you know the rest.

Lamar Jackson leaves denver game with knee injury

I'm not saying Lamar is complete trash or anything, but he hasn't taken any noticeable steps forward. The numbers actually say he has taken a step back over the last 3 seasons. He's also a few years older now with a few years more wear and tear on his body. The injuries are starting to happen. He still can be dangerous, but his flaws remain his flaws. He is a top 10-15 starting QB in this league and should fall in that Cousins/Dak $$$ range. The one place that would be REALLY interesting if he landed there imo? Miami where they have Waddle and Hill, guys who are the epitome of a scramble drill. That would be an interesting fit. But even still, I don't think NFL FO's see him in the same light the media tries to portray him and hype him up as. He's not sliced bread. He's a supreme athlete who is a middling passer at the QB position. I still like to watch him play though. Josh does thrive at times when the play breaks down. The main difference between Allen and Lamar though? Allen can make any and every throw on the football field, accurately, regardless of how tight the window, and he can do it from the pocket. Lamar cannot. I like Lamar, I really do, but he can't hold a candle to Josh. MVP or no MVP. -

Aaaaaaand just like I was talking about earlier, Louis Riddick is defending Lamar with his every breath and acting angry that people dare think he isn't worth some massive deal. He's not talking about Lamar's decline since his 2nd year, only about what Lamar has around him this year.
