Oh it's definitely going to be a full house! But that doesn't mean it's an official sell-out yet. I know as of today it was pretty close, I would imagine by puck drop we will be there. Kinda similar to how there were doubts the Patriots playoff game would be a sellout but once it got closer toward gameday there was no doubt.

Yes I would say so, I mean I'm sure I would be a big Bills fan regardless but some of my earliest childhood memories were the Bills Super Bowl teams and everything that came with it. I'm a very Nostalgic person in general and everything about that time period was special to me. I'd say for my generation it was a very unique thing to have grown up only knowing the Bills as a powerhouse team going to the Super Bowl every year as a young kid for that to shift into them being a joke every year for the rest of our life until now

Thank You! It's a bittersweet moment for sure! So grateful to be in attendance and get to witness it but I am so sad the time has finally come for RJ to step down. He is really the last sports icon that has been around since my childhood

His main issue was his attitude/personality/lack of character. Perfect example in the differences between those drought year regimes and how Beane/McDermott run things.

I went to the University of Buffalo but also commuted. I made some friends that I hung out with back then but they weren't friendships that lasted the test of time. It's definitely a different ball game when you are living on campus for establishing lifelong connections and friendships.

RIP John Clayton. I would catch his segments with Schopp and Bulldog whenever I was in the car on Thursday evenings. After talking about all of the NFL and Bills storylines a lot of times at the end of the call when things were wrapping up he would ask the guys how things were going with the Sabres as well. All around solid sports guy.

I really hope your right. We can't afford to sit back with a conservative approach this offseason when we are this close to breaking through as a true Super Bowl team.

You can always tell which posters on the board never leave their house or keyboard when these type of threads pop up....it's the guys who just can't fathom these guys are real people who have real lives, real friends, and people in the real world socialize. I've had a few run ins with players or friends of players over the years(it's really not that uncommon for those of us who are local to WNY) and things don't always get kept as close to the vest as you would think.

Vikings overpaid but I'm sad to see Harry go. Thought he played great football down the stretch of the second half of the season last year. Great community guy. He will be missed. Best of luck in Minny!

I generally agree but I do think this team legitimately plays with some heart and they have a desire to win. They still need to add more pieces and figure out the goaltending situation before they are a legitimate playoff team IMO but I do think this current group has their heart in it. Kevin Adams better have some tricks up his sleeve to upgrade the talent level going forward.
