32-27 Bills -
Listened to this at work today. Was a good, hold nothing back listen that you won't hear on WGR550.

Calling it now: Bills are going to at least reach the AFCCG
BillsPride12 replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
I dunno. While I agree with the premise Joe Brady taking over OC duties from Dorsey has given the Offense a nice shot in the arm, there's just nothing about the overall performance of this team and this mainly includes McDermott's coaching blunders that makes me think this 2023 Buffalo Bills team is capable of running off 5 straight wins regardless of who the opponents are. We are talking about a team that has losses to the Jets, Broncos, Patriots and just as easily could've included a loss to the Giants on their season resume. I appreciate your optimism and think the Bills are capable of being competitive down this stretch but it just feels like a little too less and a little too late for this to happen in my opinion. Also the major component you aren't accounting for in your original post is for whatever reason this has been McDermott's worst coaching season of his career. He just continues to S*** himself in the most crucial moments. But with that said I hope you're correct and I'm the one who is wrong. -
Better Off Dead and Hot Tub Time Machine are two fun choices I wouldn't have thought of

Do you like Off The Wall or The Stadium Wall better on the site?
BillsPride12 replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
It depends on how the football season is going. A season like this one, I prefer the Off the Wall side -
Not sure there's any marketing that can save things right now...fans are going to be tuning out in droves if this type of effort keep showing up
-
I'm not sure how much longer I am going to be able to tolerate tuning into Sabres games. This team has become lifeless. There's no way this team sniffs the playoffs this year

Sources say ZERO PERCENT chance McD is fired
BillsPride12 replied to Brand J's topic in The Stadium Wall
Regardless of the report I think it's still too early to call. There's still 5 games left and the way this season has gone I feel like there's still a possibility for the Bills to really bottom out. If that happens how does he not at least consider pulling the trigger? -

That sounds like how life is in WNY too. The problem is once you get to a certain age(30's are a big change from 20's) life just gets so busy and people don't have the free time to hang out like they used to. There's a lot of people I don't talk to or see anymore and it just happened naturally because people are too busy it wasn't due to some sort of falling out.

I think that you can look back on a particular win or moment and see it differently than in the moment. Yes at the time it felt like a massive moment for the Bills...they were the best team in the NFL after Week 1 lol. But reflecting on it now it was a Win over a bad team. Not to mention how the Bills fizzled out last year and struggled to beat Miami in the wild card following up with getting embarrassed by Cincy in the Divsional it's hard looking back at that opening week victory as any sort of Monumental win in franchise history. Just my opinion of course....I can see how others would see it differently and that's fine

Not even really a big fan of this band but this song hits during this time of the year

And not surprising the other thread is almost twice as long as this one

Rumor re: Brandon Staley (to be let go at year's end)

I don't think people are acting like Josh Allen is on the downside of his career right now...the point is we don't want to see the rest of his prime years get wasted with a head coach who just seems to be in over his head. There is absolutely still time to turn things around and see Allen kill it -
Forgot Planes, Trains, and Automobiles on my original list Misery and Groundhound Day are solid choices

Any TBD members at the game yesterday?
BillsPride12 replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanksgiving was the deal breaker for our group as well because the group just did the two previous Thanksgiving games(I didn't go to Detroit) and nobody wanted to travel Thanksgiving weekend 3 years in a row which I get but I was still pretty pissed about how the timing of all of it went down lol. I had some serious FOMO all weekend leading up to the game seeing everybody's Cheesesteak pics etc. on Twitter and then I was really bummed after how good of a game it started out as for the Bills but....then...after that debacle of an ending it made me feel a little better about not making the trip LOL -
It felt that way at the time but that ended up being a bad Rams team. Looking back that game doesn't stand out to me too much

Kneel Down Game: Final Nail in McD’s Coach Coffin

I feel like there is probably going to be many more Final Nail in the Coffin moments before this season is over -
