Chiefs are just better than the Bills
BillsPride12 replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
And the funny thing is we actually end up getting to host KC in the playoffs this year and it still didn't matter -
Its Pretty Obvious why the Chiefs win every year

When did I say the Chiefs offense had an incredible night last night? They struggled against a great San Francisco Defense in the first half but then went out and made the plays when they needed to in the 2nd half. You don't think our Offense would've struggled against that 49er Defense last night too? Well I've got some bad news for you... -
I'm sure they were. It was KC's 21st game of the season and the 20th game of the season for the Niners. It's such a long and grinding season and I think it shows by the time you get this far. I was cracking up at all of the posts I was reading on Twitter where people were saying how the Bills would've beat both teams. It's not like the Bills would have miraculously looked fresh as a daisy themselves if they made it this far.

If they would have lost the game this would have been a huge deal and a major talking point on all the talk shows tomorrow but since they won this will be forgotten about pretty quickly.

I think that's what makes Bills fans "special" at the professional sports level...they have a fanbase more representative of a College town fanbase.

Not crapped on by me. It blows my mind how many Bills fans out there think we have a better roster from top to bottom than the Chiefs do. Makes me wonder what games these people are watching LOL- 199 replies

Allen, the Super Bowl "window," and the KC hurdle
BillsPride12 replied to T.E.'s topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree with this take and have been saying it for awhile. Beane has built a very good football team no doubt, the best we have seen here in Buffalo since Bill Polian and the Super Bowl teams but in my opinion he has not built a true Super Bowl caliber roster yet. Way too many Bills fans place all of the blame on injuries and bad McDermott decisions(which there have been some of those too) but I've always felt like the overall rosters we have been rolling with in this era are one level below a truly dominant championship team. Failing to surround Allen with more explosive weapons and failing to build a dominant pass rush on the Defensive side of the ball have been my biggest issues with Beane. I mean he has certainly tried to address those things but he has whiffed over and over again. -

I was on the fence about even watching the game this year but ultimately decided I'll watch it but definitely had no interest in going to any Super Bowl parties or inviting people over or anything like that this year. Part of it is probably just getting older haha

Have you ever been to a Super Bowl?
BillsPride12 replied to BillsPride12's topic in The Stadium Wall
That really paints a pretty wild picture. It's crazy how different things are nowadays -

Sexy Rexy interviewed for Cowboys DC position
BillsPride12 replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
The NFL? Yes...Your Team? No -
They were talking about the subject on WGR this morning since Del Reid of 26 shirts is getting to attend this year after winning Fan of the Year for the Bills. Just curious how many TBDer's have gotten to experience a Super Bowl? Feel free to share any cool stories or memories for those that have attended any

I hope this happens just so I can give my buddy who is a Cowboys fan some S*** about it! -
The best part about her winning is one of the contestants she was going against was a Cowboys fan...finally some payback for those Super Bowl losses
-
Before my time but they say this movie accurately captures the spirit of the 70s...makes me sad I missed it
-
Sad news. I'm not a Country fan by any means but got "dragged" to a Toby Keith concert by an ex-girlfriend one time and had a good time. I know he has a huge fanbase. RIP

Looks cool...would like to see a show there someday

So will you be watching the Super Bowl this year or no?
BillsPride12 replied to BillsPride12's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just checking in here on this first official Sunday with no football on...I had forgotten how much longer the weekend feels and how much more productive you can be when you don't spend the entire day watching football lol. I will probably end up watching the Super Bowl next week but can totally understand why people would rather do something else. This is coming from someone who years ago considered Super Bowl Sunday the biggest day of the year lol....I dunno just feels like the NFL and society/pop culture in general have gone in a completely different direction over the years to me. -
I get that. And I highly doubt Mahomes will end up winning as many Super Bowls as Brady did but if you are doing a comparison of their careers you can't knock Mahomes for not having as many Super Bowl wins as a guy who had a 20 year career. That's an insane take

RIP Chubbs

Not applicable in this case. Mahomes still has a lot of prime years left
