  1. I was a big fan of watching Phillip Rivers play but Allen is so much more talented. If Allen's career continues on like he has played over the years without a sudden drop in quality of play and he doesn't win a Super Bowl he would be viewed more-so like a Dan Marino than a Rivers
  2. I'm pretty sure someone else has already worn it before now. I forget who it was, he was not a marquee player
  3. I am trying to be optimistic that by the Jets game Bernard and Taron Johnson will be back in the lineup. The Defensive deficiencies really showed up last night against a team that was capable of exploiting them.
  4. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/09/29/arts/beverly-hills-cop-john-ashton-dead.html?smid=url-share A Beverly Hills Cop movie marathon will be in order soon
  5. I agree with this. Allen has taken his game to another gear this season. I think part of it is the Offense Joe Brady is calling and part of it is just the experience Josh has now and the mental aspect of the game is slowing down for him and he is getting better at reading what the Defense is giving him. He has always shown the insane natural athletic ability but now he is putting all of the components of being a dominant QB together and he has just been playing lights out this season. It's a week to week league and we'll see where things go but this has def been the best version of Josh Allen we have ever seen.
  6. She always terrified me. The character on MITM not the actress
  7. Would love to see a 30 for 30 series on this
  8. How do you not have a Bills Backers bar on the list of your requirements?
  9. This really tugs at the heart strings
  10. She gave me terribly unrealistic expectations of what my friends Mom's should be like when I was a kid
  11. Well said! And this is coming from someone who probably wouldn't be the Bills fan I am today without the influence of those 90s Bills teams. And I always wanted to see a reincarnated version of the 90s Bills because I was on the younger side during the first run. But too much time has passed. The game is completely different and there's really no parallel's over 30 years later. The 90s Bills will always have their place in history, it was a wild ride but this team has it's own thing going on that's pretty cool. I remember during the drought years we would always try to make comparisons about the 90s Bills teams but I think it's time to let these comparisons RIP. It is a new era and this Bills team is very relevant in today's NFL.
  12. Motley Crue- Louder Than Hell would be Perfect for a moment like this!
  13. There are lots of good ones to choose from but Carol Lambert on Step by Step was always at the top of my list
  14. When we play at our full capabilities there's not a team in this league that scares me. This is unchartered territory as a Bills fan but I'm liking it
  15. We deserve this!
  16. That's fair enough. I am still pretty skeptical myself but I would at least see how things play out this season before completely dropping them
  17. But they might be pretty close to finally turning the corner
  18. Can you elaborate? Not disputing your statement just curious what you mean by this?
  19. Interesting. I would have guessed that sprung up after the stadium opened
  20. I had to laugh at this part because this is literally a very common complaint floating around WNY right now...and it is so Buffalo
  21. I think when your a kid it doesn't matter as much to but as you become an adult and you have other things going on in life I think it makes a big difference in your level of attachment to a Sports team.
  22. As a kid I was a huge Chicago Bulls fan. Yeah of course it was an easy time to hop on the bandwagon but I was a fanatic. Even after Krause broke up the MJ Bulls teams I still claimed them as my team and always considered myself a Bulls fan. They had that brief resurgence with Derrick Rose around 2010-2012 that was alot of fun. But I have just completely lost interest in the NBA. Even though I love the city I have no personal connections to Chicago either so I just reached a point where I was no longer a Bulls fan anymore. But I will always have the childhood Nostalgia from the 90s Bulls.
