Rapp is solid but Bishop/Hamlin is a liability

Power can barely play Defense in the NHL I wouldn't trust him at all playing Defense for the Bills

To each their own. That's a position where I would much rather have a premium talent at. Especially with the issues our Defense has had the last couple years. Look at the success the Steelers and Ravens had during the Ed Reed and Polamalu years. Meanwhile our biggest competition going into this season is going to be rolling out a Safety combo of Kyle Hamilton and Malaki Starks I would have LOVED for that to happen! He is going to be a stud. Just watch him and Kyle Hamilton ball out in Baltimore this year

It's mind boggling to me they didn't pull the trigger on Emmamwori in the draft. Safety is such an important component to a McDermott Defense

I think those Super Bowl losses really lost a lot of "street creed" for the Bills with the youth and I'm being dead serious That's why I wonder how the kids of today's era view the Bills playoff losses to the Chiefs every year? If this was what it was like in the 90s there'd be some huge Chiefs fans kids but I never see any kids sporting Chiefs gear when I'm out and about. It seems like for today's generation it is cool to be loyal to your hometown team

Yeah I remember all of that Charlotte Hornets teal back then too lol. I think that fad was all over the Country. I look at that one a little differently because we didn't have an NBA team in Buffalo. I was actually a diehard Chicago Bulls fan then so I was guilty of being a front runner myself haha. But those were fun times to be an NBA fan

I had never heard Daryl Johnston grew up as a Dolphins fan before. That's only fitting for him lol From my experiences I can definitely say that some of those kids who were into the Dolphins or Cowboys when we were young ended up switching allegiances to the Bills by the end of High School or at least by College. But then there's some of them that are still Cowboys fans to this day. I had alot of of fun with the ones I still keep in touch with on Thanksgiving 2019 😂

Random Observation thread: So I grew up in the 90s and was in elementary school during the Super Bowl years. Don't get me wrong the Bills were a big deal and the majority of kids were Bills fans but with that said there were also a ton of kids that were Miami Dolphins or Dallas Cowboys fans. You would see Marino and Emmett Smith jerseys and Dolphins and Cowboys(and some 49ers back then too) Starter jackets pretty regularly at school. If you grew up around then you know exactly what I'm talking about. Most of them probably just wanted to p*** off their old man. But my question is for people that have kids in that age range today is that even a thing anymore? To be against the Bills because I feel like I don't ever see any kids in Chiefs, Ravens or Dolphins gear at all. I'm not sure if Josh Allen is just that awesome or kids just aren't as rebellious today as they were in the 90s lol

Jamestown is a fun one Ellicottville Rochester area Erie, PA Canadian side of Niagara Falls and as far out to Toronto There's a ton of doable day trips in the WNY and extending area

This might be an unpopular opinion but I said this draft night, I said it again after the draft and I'm saying it again now.....Beane should have tried like Hell to trade up for Malaki Starks. I think he was in a position where he probably could have. If there was just no chance at doing that then he should have drafted Emmamwori at 30

Bonham would be my personal choice but once you are talking about Bonzo, Peart, Moon it really comes down to preference. They were all legends

I feel like these were everywhere back then but I remember them particularly at the bowling alley. I bowled in Saturday morning leagues for quite a few years as a kid in the early 90s and I remember we would always try getting new helmets every week. At one point I think I had almost every team. It seemed like the crappy teams came up much more frequently than the elusive teams. I wonder if they stacked the machines like that on purpose. Man I wish I would have held on to my collection.

This year was before my time but it is one I wish I could have experienced. I might have to check out that book the poster above mentioned earlier. I would imagine for the old school fans after the Super Bowl years and the current run this season would have to rank pretty highly on people's lists of favorite Bills seasons

I disagree. Sure it's bittersweet but it's a unique piece of NFL folklore and certainly of Buffalo Bills history. It's very cool when we are the only franchise in NFL history that can claim four straight Super Bowl appearances. Until we go all the the way that 4 year period will always be looked at as the best era of Buffalo Bills football. The problem is if the Chiefs match the feat with having Super Bowl wins along with it, then yeah this becomes pretty much obsolete for the Bills. Best case scenario Bills knock the Chiefs out of the AFC and go on to win one of own this season!
