This is the NFL I grew up on! This 3 minute clip still gives me goosebumps. I miss the old NFL production, sure the presentation is much more polished these days but it completely lacks the heart and soul of the yesteryears. NFL football used to be sacred hobby but it feels like such a sham in the modern era for all of the reasons many of you have listed in the last 7 pages

This is 100% spot on! I have made the comment on here before but I feel like the NFL is trending towards what the NBA is currently where sure revenue and ratings are higher than ever but the true fans and purists of the sport will tell you the modern NBA sucks and don't watch it anymore.

Lindy looked heart broken during the post game press conference last night. I seriously wonder if he feels in over his head and wondering to himself what did he get himself into by coming back here. This roster just isn't talented enough to be a serious NHL contender.

I like Ed but I agree he's not the answer, we need more BEEF up the middle. Players like Chris Jones don't grow on trees I get that but what's infuriating is a guy like Travis Jones on the Ravens would have been perfect and he was a 3rd round pick. I was really hoping that was a guy we were going to snag in that draft and it drives me crazy every time I watch a Ravens game especially when it was against us.

I think The Shining is a bit overrated, really liked Misery but doesn't feel like a true horror movie to me either, A thriller sure. I would say generally speaking it really is hard to completely capture the feeling of a novel in a movie adaptation
