The one bright side to all of this...
BillsPride12 replied to BillsPride12's topic in The Stadium Wall
Of course but not as many as this year. They were still looked at as legitimate Super Bowl contenders going into this season. That narrative will officially be dead by the time this season is over. -
At least next year there's no way we will get put on all of these primetime games. And yes I'm being 100% serious. I hate all of these night games. Not only am I miserable today but extremely tired too 🥱

I'm kind've in the same boat. My original plan was to keep them until the new stadium opens but the cost of everything keeps going up and if this thing completely goes off the rails...which at this point feels realistic....I don't know if it will even be worth it to shell out the $$$$ for another two seasons.

Chiefs v Dolphins in Frankfurt Germany
BillsPride12 replied to Aussie Joe's topic in The Stadium Wall
That's not really news. It's been their Defense that has been carrying them this season -
I've been happy with Granato overall since he's been here but this is the first time I am starting to question if maybe he isn't the guy. I just can't believe how inconsistent and flat they have looked at times this year. This team should be beyond those type of games at this point. There's still a long season to go so hopefully they get it going sooner than later. Don't think Pegula is cutting ties with Granato anytime soon so we gotta hope he is still the right guy for the job

I'm happy they won and they played a good game but it's still frustrating to me at this point they are still only playing .500 hockey....and they have the same problem the Bills offense has this year in that when they are off, they aren't just a little bit off but flat out terrible and uncompetitive.

With all due respect to Hailee Steinfeld....If I was Josh Allen this is who I would've went after

Steelers make dubious NFL history by winning last night
BillsPride12 replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
This Steelers team reminds of those Bills teams in the drought era that got off to some of those hot starts where you knew reality would come crashing in eventually lol -

Saw this today and thought it was pretty amusing and fit in this thread lol

He's here just in time for Thanksgiving -
Yeah I don't condone that....there were definitely times he crossed the line. No disputing that

His coaching style wouldn't fly today but what does that say about where we have gotten in society today? Anyways he has his place in College Basketball and even Sports in general history. RIP

Goodbye BarBill, Hello Bar at Main and Hamlin.
BillsPride12 replied to Draconator's topic in Off the Wall
Forgot to come back here and post this but I went to the Olean spot a few weeks ago....Beef N Barrel and absolutely lived up to the hype. My new favorite place for Beef on weck. Just sucks it's so far away from where I live lol. -
It feels good to be on the other side of one of those games where we didn't deserve to win but got the 2 points anyways. Another nice game from UPL

Best Bills Cornerback of all time?
BillsPride12 replied to GerstAusGosheim's topic in The Stadium Wall
It hurt losing him and Pat Williams to the Vikings in that era -
Best Bills Cornerback of all time?
BillsPride12 replied to GerstAusGosheim's topic in The Stadium Wall
I can't tell if this is supposed to be sarcasm. Jabari Greer was super underrated. I was a big fan of his when he was here. Was happy for him when he got to win a Super Bowl in New Orleans -
What was your favorite Halloween candy?
BillsPride12 replied to BillsPride12's topic in Off the Wall
Interesting to me that not one mention for Butterfinger yet. I used to love those things and remember them being very popular in the 90s. That might have also been due to the heavy amount of advertising they did with the Simpsons(in it's Prime) back then -
Have we ever made a big move before the trade deadline?
BillsPride12 replied to ArdmoreRyno's topic in The Stadium Wall
That was the final move that catapulted the Bills into Super Bowl contenders -
The scary thought is if these are the calls that actually make it on air imagine what the ones they don't put through sound like?

What was your favorite Halloween candy?
BillsPride12 replied to BillsPride12's topic in Off the Wall
That's what it was like when I was a kid too. I would start off trick or treating in my parents neighborhood, then my parents would take us over to both of my Grandmother's neighborhoods and we would go trick or treating all over there too with my cousin. We would have legitimately 3 bags full of Candy and would go back to my Grandma's after we were done and then we would count our stash and make trades etc. Looking back those are still great memories. I feel like trick or treating doesn't resonate with the younger generation the same way it did back then. -

What was your favorite Halloween candy?
BillsPride12 replied to BillsPride12's topic in Off the Wall
It's funny I left Milky Way off my list because that was actually my all-time favorite Candy Bar as a kid but I guess I don't associate it with Halloween as much because I used to get them year round. I didn't call them Milky Ways though for awhile and now I can't remember what name I had for them when I was little lol. My grandma used to always get them for me.
