  1. Willis McGahee, I remember being so excited at the time....man how things change very quickly
  2. HELL NO... the direction of the team since TD left? I feel like we've been stuck in one big cycle of mediocrity for about a decade now
  3. I watched that whole game and that was the best football game I've seen in a long time, yeah that kinda goes with the territory of being a Bills fan. It is easy to root for that team, they have alot of good kids and their two big stars(Roosevelt and Starks are local boys) and how can you not like a coach such as Turner Gill. I would rather have him than Jauron coaching the Bills thats for sure. I really needed to see a game like that, where the players take pride in what they are doing and not just worrying about where they can blow their paycheck.
  4. The only significant difference between Buffalo and Detroit is that Detroit has a hockey team that consistently wins championships
  5. I remember the Packers were just steamrolling their way right into the NFC championship game and they didn't practice outside the week leading into the championship game and the Giants did and you could just tell GB didn't have a feel for that type of environment at all meanwhile the Giants looked pretty comfortable. Hell even in high school my coach made us practice outside at the end of the season and told us a story of how one year my school killed a team in the playoffs something like 42-0 and after the game was over my coach found out from the other coach that they had been practicing inside all week, his response was Why would you prepare in those conditions for the game, its not going to be played in the gym.
  6. Yeah as much as I love football, I didn't even bother watching any of the games today.
  7. Wegmans assorted with oil, mayo, peppers and the works.
  8. In my time I've never seen anybody run harder than Walter Payton, that guy just had a desire that I don't think I've ever seen matched.
  9. I feel like George Bush has been running this organization over the past few years, I'm also getting to my breaking point with this team.
  10. Polamolou is such an incredible athlete, that interception was rediculous. He also had a beautiful shoe string tackle on LT behind the line of scrimmage today.
  11. I remember when Kelly, Bennett, Talley, Hull and the boys would be ready to fight you after a loss
  12. In my opinion Lott is the best safety to ever play the game...but then again its also a fact
  13. The only shows I watch regularly are Criminal Minds, South Park, and when the new season starts Friday Night Lights.
  14. God, what I would give to have Hines Ward play for the Bills
  15. Referee flashback to glory days would've made for an awesome beer commercial
  16. Haha that was just on the other night, great analogy
  17. Yeah thats a good way to put it, I agree with you. Just like the kid said, he would regret it if he didn't cut the pinky off and be able to keep playing.
  18. That was a great read, and its good to know there are still kids coming up that love the game of football. It really makes you look down upon the likes of the Jason Peter's and Willis McGahee's out there. That kid may never make it to the NFL, but make no mistake he will always be a football player.
  19. I always loved the "I'vee got a feeelllllinnggg Buffalo's going to the Super Bowl"
  20. Ughh I'll never forget that game, I sat in the scoreboard endzone and was surrounded by Steelers fans, probably like 80% in that section
  21. I'll be watching for sure, that 1990 season is a major part of our Buffalo Bills history
  22. For me, even though I would LOVE to see a Bills Super Bowl champion, its gonna depend on a few things if this current team would truly replace those 90's era teams. First of all, it was a different era back then, everything seemed more pure, the atmosphere at the games was way better, the whole Kelly v.s. Marino years, the greatest comeback of all-time, back then our stadium was 80,000 deep, we tore down the goalposts a couple of times in that era. Not saying it wouldn't be crazy this time around as well, but there would have to be alot of things to truly take the 90's Bills #1 spot in my heart for me. Its not only that, but I look back at those years with fondness because it was a time when all of my family lived in this area and we were much closer and everybody was just happy. Maybe its because I look back at those days with pure nostalgia, but I think when its all said and done those days will always be the greatest years of Buffalo Bills football.
  23. Thank you for posting that first video, it seriously got me teary eyed at the end when Bruce was talking about the magical run we had and how special those teams were, long live the 90's era Buffalo Bills
