  1. We could've drafted Mangold but we just couldn't pass up the awesome talent that John McCargo was
  2. And one last one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSY_VagaE_g I seriously get goosebumps at the way Singletary howls out "Listen Up" when he has the guys huddled up at the end
  3. Here's alittle christmas gift to all the old school fans out there http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t24h5wviAbk
  4. Good post, that was exactly the point I was trying to make.
  5. We could use some Ronnie Lott and Mike Singletary's on this team
  6. Contrary to what some believe, Marv was very animated on the sidelines but he also treated his players like men and not children which is one of his best assets. I never understood the Dick Jauron comparisons to Marv Levy from day one, Marv might not have been the strongest X's and O's guy but he had the perfect personality to be a football coach.
  7. Willis McGahee, I remember being so excited at the time....man how things change very quickly
  8. HELL NO... the direction of the team since TD left? I feel like we've been stuck in one big cycle of mediocrity for about a decade now
  9. I watched that whole game and that was the best football game I've seen in a long time, yeah that kinda goes with the territory of being a Bills fan. It is easy to root for that team, they have alot of good kids and their two big stars(Roosevelt and Starks are local boys) and how can you not like a coach such as Turner Gill. I would rather have him than Jauron coaching the Bills thats for sure. I really needed to see a game like that, where the players take pride in what they are doing and not just worrying about where they can blow their paycheck.
  10. The only significant difference between Buffalo and Detroit is that Detroit has a hockey team that consistently wins championships
  11. I remember the Packers were just steamrolling their way right into the NFC championship game and they didn't practice outside the week leading into the championship game and the Giants did and you could just tell GB didn't have a feel for that type of environment at all meanwhile the Giants looked pretty comfortable. Hell even in high school my coach made us practice outside at the end of the season and told us a story of how one year my school killed a team in the playoffs something like 42-0 and after the game was over my coach found out from the other coach that they had been practicing inside all week, his response was Why would you prepare in those conditions for the game, its not going to be played in the gym.
  12. Yeah as much as I love football, I didn't even bother watching any of the games today.
  13. Wegmans assorted with oil, mayo, peppers and the works.
  14. In my time I've never seen anybody run harder than Walter Payton, that guy just had a desire that I don't think I've ever seen matched.
  15. I feel like George Bush has been running this organization over the past few years, I'm also getting to my breaking point with this team.
  16. Polamolou is such an incredible athlete, that interception was rediculous. He also had a beautiful shoe string tackle on LT behind the line of scrimmage today.
  17. I remember when Kelly, Bennett, Talley, Hull and the boys would be ready to fight you after a loss
  18. In my opinion Lott is the best safety to ever play the game...but then again its also a fact
  19. The only shows I watch regularly are Criminal Minds, South Park, and when the new season starts Friday Night Lights.
  20. God, what I would give to have Hines Ward play for the Bills
  21. Referee flashback to glory days would've made for an awesome beer commercial
  22. Haha that was just on the other night, great analogy
  23. Yeah thats a good way to put it, I agree with you. Just like the kid said, he would regret it if he didn't cut the pinky off and be able to keep playing.
