  1. Seeing Jimi Hendrix play the national anthem at Woodstock.......okay so I wasn't really there but that has always been the number one concert moment I wish I could've seen in person
  2. Wow this one actually has me very upset. A huge part of the Buffalo Bills family and a true Buffalo guy all the way through. Makes me so sad that guys like him and Tim Russert are passing away and never got to see the Bills right the sinking ship. For the love of god we need to get back on track to being some sort of real football team. I don't wanna see any more of the legends pass away before they get to see at least alittle bit of glory. I will miss Larry Felser's articles and commentary on the sports talk shows. RIP to a Buffalo Legend.
  3. 99 was the year I graduated High School so probably why I felt pretty nostalgic watching this, a pretty significant year in the life course
  4. What a trip down memory lane. The craziest part to me is how some of that stuff feels like it was yesterday and then some of it feels like it was from a lifetime ago
  5. Absolutely terrible idea!!!! Dude do you realize if this were the case we would never be able to get any top rookies to sign with Buffalo
  6. Just because the Bills suck at the draft does not make it Obsolete
  7. I wore my Bills gear to an away game where the Bills wern't even playing in it. Was in Chicago a couple years back and the Bears were hosting the Patriots so me and my buddy decided to get tickets and check it out. I was treated like a celebrity, people just couldn't believe that a Bills fan from Buffalo came all the way out to Chicago and was at a Bears-Patriots game lol
  8. Seeing as that was always my lifelong dream as a Kid and I'm all for chasing after lifelong dreams...I'm still gonna have to say Yes! But with that said seeing what she looks like today is yet another sad reminder that we are all getting older and times are changing
  9. Then went on to play professional ball for Detroit and Buffalo. Blue collar all the way, I couldn't picture him playing for the Arizona Cardinals or the Miami Dolphins it just wouldn't have been right.
  10. Spielman was a man's man, the guy was born to play football
  11. Good points, I imagine the bar hopping on Bourbon Street is a pretty epic experience in itself...and then once you factor in the hard drinking Buffalonians invading town I think it could be quite a Party down there that week
  12. Thanks for the tip. Yeah I've always wanted to visit NOLA and once I saw the Bills were playing there this year I figured it would be a good time to go for it, but its gonna hurt not being able to make it to Vegas this year then. The way I look at it is at least NO would be a new experience
  13. I was gonna try something new this year and do a trip to New Orleans but this thread has me reconsidering now...another Vegas trip is too tempting
  14. I think a lot of you guys are missing the point on why Marv didn't allow Tasker to play more on offense. Its not because he didn't think he was good enough to, it was because he was such an impact player on ST that he did not want to risk him getting injured as a WR and losing him. Before you attack me and say he has a higher chance of getting hurt on ST than by playing WR, I am just going by what I read from Jim or Marv in one of their books, that was the reason that was given for why Steve didn't play more on Offense. And another thing some people tend to forget about Steve Tasker was although he was a small guy he was still an exceptional athlete, he was not just a high character guy
  15. Where did you stay and what did you do while you were there?
  16. Vegas is the ultimate Man's Fantasy World....gorgeous women everywhere, gambling, sportsbooks, the most liberal drinking laws anywhere. Such a fun city and it's not just for the early twenty Spring Break crowd. I think im gonna be going there to party until I'm in my 60's
  17. I'm not the biggest NCAA fan but I do follow Cuse. I usually don't do anything exciting for March Madness besides filling out an office bracket but last year I was in Vegas for it and it was pretty awesome(except for seeing Cuse lose to Ohio State in the Elite 8 ) A great sports book that is very lenient with drink tickets(aka if your betting the games you wont have to pay for a single drink) is the Red Rock Casino. It's alittle bit off the Strip but its a Great atmosphere for Sports. I spent some time there back this past October for a football sunday and also played some basketball games that week, highly recommend
  18. Really? I was always under the impression tampa was a good party city too. That was our other choice we were debating on but we decided New Orleans would probably be the best option
  19. Is there a Bills backers group there? I assume somebody has to be organizing a Bills Backers bar crawl on Boubon Street
  20. Me and my buddies are thinking about going to the game in New Orleans?
  21. RIP to one of the greatest owners in professional sports history. Came across this gem of a photo earlier today of him sitting next to Magic Johnson courtside wearing none other than a............BUFFALO BILLS hat http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/nba/photos/1302/jerry-buss-through-the-years/#/nba/photos/1302/jerry-buss-through-the-years/11/
