  1. Not HOF worthy and I loved the Biscuit. I certainly think he belongs on the Wall of Fame at the Ralph though. People always talk about the big 4 with the Bills in Kelly, Bruce, Thurman, and Andre but back in their playing days Bennett was always held up there in the same regard with those guys almost as if they were the big 5. I've always found it interesting Cornelius hasn't been given the same kind of hindsight appreciation years later that the other guys got. I think it mainly has to do with not having the longevity here that the others did. There's no denying Biscuit's impact on the Super years however!
  2. Guilty as well. Absolutely infuriating getting knocked out of survivor pools in the first couple weeks
  3. Great news! Felt sick to my stomach at the game when this happened
  4. When we beat them in 2011 the crowd noise played a HUGE role in that game. Let's bring it again Bills Mafia!
  5. It just feels great that we are not in contention for this one this season
  6. We've been ready for some football in Buffalo since March
  7. Gotta throw an honorable mention out there to Pat Williams, another guy who was really loved and involved in the local community Reuben Brown too
  8. Agreed but sometimes has turned into 15 years for Bills fans
  9. Link please, I'll always have a soft spot for that era even though I'm more of a rock guy
  10. With the way things are looking Johnny the beer vendor will probably end up being our QB
  11. Yes the Bills have brought in guys with some red flags in their past over the last year or two, but I still don't think this team has the same vibe as the 90s Bills(which can be a good thing in alot of ways). From all accounts of people I know in Orchard Park who see the players out somewhat frequently for the most part these guys are very humble and don't mind taking pics with fans, being friendly etc and it really seems like now more-so than ever there is a college football atmosphere around town in WNY..which is awesome. It was not like that in the 90's....those guys were more like rock stars who were very cocky and truth be told back in their playing days didn't really want anything to do with the fans(as far as being out in public and wanting to "hang out" and be cordial with them; I'm sure they respected the fans and the atmosphere they created on gameday) The personalites back then were much crazier; a bunch of alpha males who were hard drinkers and drug users. They are considered one of the hardest partying teams in NFL history. Don't think our current squad is as wild off the field as many people make them out to be
  12. Didn't you listen to the interview!? This man doesn't just want to go to the playoffs...Get him a ring!
  13. I'm so thankful that we've got guys like Robert Woods on our team right now. These are the kind of guys I prayed for during the Dick Jauron "its hard to win in the NFL" Era
  14. If you were talking about the Raiders fans that dress up like its Halloween I would agree with you but really you are picking on argument about the two guys who wear Chef hats to the games? Considering they throw down a pretty serious BBQ before the games out in the parking lot I think they are entitled to wear Chef hats into the stadium if they want to. I think for the most part Buffalo actually has a lot less costumed fans than most teams. Our fan base is much more of a blue collar Bills hats and shirts/jerseys or no shirts at all kinda fanbase than wearing some elaborate costume. Face painting at football games has been around forever and I don't really consider people who wear those Bills hardhats into games as wearing costumes. Don't see it as much of an issue with our fanbase
  15. Over/under on Niners wins this year.....3 games
  16. I agree with everything you just said there 100%. This team has certainly gone through a culture change over the last few seasons. I'll take a guy like Robert who plays with a passion and may occasionally take a bad penalty once in awhile over a guy who has no desire but doesn't take any penalties. I seem to remember Andre Reed taking similar penalties like that here and there and that only got him to oh I dunno...the Hall of Fame
  17. Is it a league with a group of guys who are all friends with each other, if so is there any inside joke among your group that you could work into the league name? that will go over well....our league did that. While it might sound stupid to outsiders, for all of us its pretty awesome. One of the best parts about fantasy football is the camaraderie with the group if it is a league where everybody knows each other, almost like a fraternity in a sense.
  18. I've already decided I'm not taking him in the first round. Seeing as its all local WNY guys in my league, there's no way he drops past the first so I've already determined I will not be drafting him on my 2015 team this year and I'm ok with it....I agree with the guys who said stay away from Bills players at all costs in fantasy drafts
  19. See I knew Bruce would teach Mario a thing or two when they were hanging out earlier this year
  20. 2:40 mark....Love watching a Bills player put an ass whooping on a Miami Dolphin
  21. Walter Payton Ronnie Lott 85 Bears defense Brett Favre Troy Polamalu Lawrence Taylor(as a player) Jerry Rice Reggie White There are just so many greats out there
