Guess there wasn't as many Knicks fans on the board as I thought

Agree that the play of the offensive line is going to be key. The line struggles were the reason behind the Bills rough start to the season last year in my opinion not because they were getting too full of themselves and not taking things seriously like so many posters were suggesting last year.

In hindsight that's a Sports team I wish would've gotten at least one ring back then. I think this should be pretty good, sometimes the stories about the teams that didn't go all the way but were right there on the cusp(see Four Falls of Buffalo) are more interesting than the champions stories. I know there are some Knicks fans on the board so wanted to share.

Probably not the poster child for Humanitarian of the year but this guy built an EMPIRE. I watched WWF religiously growing up. Product has definitely fallen off over the years but it's super hard to sustain anything for that long. Hell of a run for Mr. McMahon

The 02-04 era Bills teams. This is the team I thought/was hoping we were getting back then. I thought it was going to be the reincarnation of the 90s Super Bowl teams. I mean we had Drew, Moulds, Price, Travis Henry, Takeo Spikes, Pat Williams, London Fletcher, Sam Adams, Winfield and Clements. It sounded so good on paper....sooooo good! I was wrong, boy was I wrong. After that I never really allowed myself to feel that way again with any of the following regimes/era's until McDermott, Beane, and Allen came along and here we are!

Would love to see a 90s quality version of this for last season....these things were made so much better back then

Anybody have any good restaurant recommendations near camp? I was going to check out the Pittsford Pub but the reviews online were pretty bad

Yeah I remember talking about it with people on this board when the 30 for 30 was getting released. I was excited for it and looking forward to it but was also saying after that we need to put a nail in the coffin and bury the 90s Super Bowl years Nostalgia. Many people agreed and seemed to be at that point as well. I think around then is when it started dying down a little bit but it was still there. Once the 2020 season happened and Allen broke out I think the 90s era was officially buried and for the first time since the drought started people became wrapped up in living in the present finally. It still feels pretty glorious lol

I get it and that's true to an extent but it pretty much never reaches Summer temps in November in Buffalo

This is a fair take in my opinion....and this is coming from someone who probably wouldn't be as diehard of a Bills fan today without the influence of that era. It was just BEATEN to death over the next 25 years. Thank God for Allen/McDermott/Beane and company because I don't know how much more "Nostalgia" we could've squeezed out of that era if those guys came never came along and we continued to suck. Even before that run I know a lot of people were reaching a breaking point on the 90s Nostalgia. With that said now that those guys are taking more of a background seat and just playing the role of being Bills fans to the new guys I don't mind that.

That's fair, I mean there's no denying Steve Young was a better QB than Reich but I guess I wasn't really considered backup QB's who went on to have very successful career's as a Starter.

Reich might be the GOAT Backup QB Sadly I remember that beatdown we got. That was the game going into it Pat Williams said Priest Holmes wouldn't rush for more than 50 yards But what really caught my attention in this post was what a time capsule that is. 2003 doesn't feel THAT long ago, at least to me, yet we are still talking VCR's and a time before everybody had the internet and streaming capabilities on their cell phones to catch games/highlights/tweets when out of town.
