So who's next on the rail outta here?
BoondckCL replied to Sen. John Blutarsky's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nothing personal, i actually agree with pretty much everything you say, but Marv is going to run this team. He just brought in a pushover so that he will have more power. Don't surprised if you see Marv on the sideline with a clipboard and a headset this season.HAHA -
Seriously, does anyone care about this nonsense?

You're joking right? I mean i am not saying that it isn't a possibility or a likelihood, but who is going to be McGahee's lead blocker? He can't run through the holes all by himself. -
Both WR Lelie & TE Eric Johnson have been rumored

Now i would take Graham in a heart beat. -

Iwould have to agree that this is Fletcher's last year unless Marv thinks he really has a lot in the tank for three more years. -

Ryan Neufield. Plain and simple. It won't be Vincent because of the veteran leadership he provides in the secondary. If we cut Vincent then we are left with Baker and Simpson. Simpson is a rookie 4th rounder and Marv would never let him start the season. Baker has inexperience and will continue to play special teams and may step into a role in the secondary in a couple of years. Troy Vincent will be there in NE in week 1. Sorry to bust your bubble. -

Its never going to happen. First off we have Kevin Everett, who we will give a chance before anyone else. Second off, I believe Whitner is a strong safety, where as Troy Vincent is a Free Safety. Marv likes a guy like Troy Vincent to be the veteran leadership of the secondary. If we were to trade Vincent then we would be looking at starting Ko Simpson or Rashad Baker. Ko Simpson will ultimately be the starter, but not this year and Baker is good in run support, but will likely end up being our back up safety. It would be interesting if it were to happen, but it isn't going to. -
I think Mike Williams in his Bucs jersey would be great.

Super Mario is a bust--surgery already
BoondckCL replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wouldn't doubt if he is a bust. Has anyone seen any other highlights of him on ESPN besides when he is playing Maryland or Florida State? Based on the fact that i saw him sack Maryland's qb like 5 times, i would say that he may not be worth the number 1 pick. Am i right? Who knows. -
I'm in on that. UAlbany is only what 8 exits away on 87? I think i can do it. I can be a prick when i want to be.

Salisbury Steaks His Claim. Bills in trouble
BoondckCL replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The thing is that ESPN just focuses on big names in free agency and nothing else. That's why they are working at ESPN and not for an NFL team. Everybody said the exact same thing about the Patriots when they released Lawyer Milloy, Drew Bledsoe and a couple of others, and let Damien Woody walk out the door. They critcized then and said the BB was crazy for losing his superstars. I think the Patriots turned out fairly well. I wouldn't pay too much time to weasels like John Clayton or an @$$ like Salisbury. How many of them were saying in 2000 that Tom Brady was the best pick up in the draft? None of them, they were all focused on Courtney Brown and how he was going to be the next Reggie White and how Sylvester Morris was a great pickup for the Chiefs. They are just a bunch of jack@$$es that don't know what they are talking about. -
Santonio Holmes, was he known as

I agree it is early in his career, but the guy is already showing that he is a headcase and his off the field issues are coming onto the field. -
What was TDs worst move as Bills GM
BoondckCL replied to Pyrite Gal's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would say that his worst move was getting JP Losman, not because Losman is a bust, i actually think he will be fine. At the time when Losman was drafted, Donahoe was on thin ice and should not have drafted a qb that would take time to develop. He should have drafted an impact player rather than drafting someone that would not make an impact until his third or fourth year. -
What was TD's best move for the Bills?
BoondckCL replied to Pyrite Gal's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would say his best move was in 2001 when he did trade down but not for getting the first corner taken still. He traded down, got the guy he wanted and got Travis Henry. That's when i put all of my faith in him and thought that we would be great. -
I can't get the clip. Is he stoned?

Bills to Go Winless This Year?
BoondckCL replied to BenchBledsoe's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This guy who wrote this obviously has no idea what it takes to build a team. Marv is not trying to win this year, he is trying to win next year. He's getting the defensive guys a year of experience at their designated posititons because defense is what wins championships. Instead of having rookies start next year at defense and they do not know what is required of them, he is getting the young guys in now so that they can come in and be effective next year. You will see the Bills go offensive line next year in free agency and the draft as well as maybe looking into a receiver and possibly a qb if he does not think the guys he has are going to pan out. The thing is, is that Marv is building a Belichik type of team. When he took over the NE Patriots, how many people were pissed because he let all of the good veterans go? It's all part of clearing the water of bad blood. When a team rebuilds they do get people nobody has heard of and it seems to have worked out for the Patriots. Just because the Bills didn't out and sign a big free agent name like Terrell Owens or LeCharles Bentley, this guy automatically thinks that the Bills are going to lose all of their games this year. With these statements, he is clearly showing that he knows nothing about football, and probably doesn't understand that next year the Bills are going to have the cap room to get almost anybody they want in free agency. Some one should write to this guy and tell him that he has no idea as to what he is talking about and he should stop watching ESPN if he wants good information on all the teams in the league. -
For the record, i was not saying that we should get rid of Willis, i was merely trying to spark conversation as to what should be done. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Now that is logic that everyone on this website should strive for.

Going to a friends house where his girlfriend has already kicked me out. She invited me back into the house only because my friend is home from the army and her boyfriend (my friend) wants to have a drinking engagement. How should i act around her? Completely ignore everything she has to say? Or kiss her ass and try to apologize? Some real advice would be great at this time.
