As for those who are bitching about the Bills playing a regular season home game in Europe, ever think they might be doing it because we can't even sell out our own home games?

If you were to watch football like you suggested i do, you would notice that a lot of teams are switching to a format of running back by committee, where they like to have a couple guys who can run the ball, not just one work horse who carries the load. You know, what we were supposed to have when we had both Willis McGahee and Travis Henry?

This is my first post on the matter, and it was meant to dicuss the possibility of a trade. Not to draw out all of those who continually wish to polish McGahee's ego while at the same time jerking him off at their keyboard. You better believe that if someone makes an offer, Marv will pull the trigger. We have Antwain Smith on this team again. Can't even get 33 yards in a game? What a joke.

Who would be a suitable team that we could trade Willis to, for decent value, that we wouldn't have to face that often and it wouldn't give him the opportunity to come back and bite us in the arse all that often? I would say the New York Giants. They are going to lose Tiki Barber and i think that they are a team where Willis could be the star that he has always thought he is. The publicity factor would be something that he would not want to pass up and i think that New York would love to have a big name like him in their back field. We could also probably get a decent second round or third round pick based on their position in the draft and would not be asking them to give up too much. If anything, the New York media would help push this through because of how over hyped McGahee truly is. I can hear it now; Sports radio shows in New York saying "pull the trigger and get Willis McGahee here". Just a thought, who do you think would be a suitable trade partner?

Thanks, but if the Bills are poised to make a run for the playoffs next year due to the way it looks now, the Bills attendance will increase while the Sabres will decrease mainly due to the fact that people in Buffalo have limited incomes, and also because the Bills are Buffalo. Just the way it goes in a small market city with two major pro franchises.

Internet dollars? How many? Granted, the guy goes to LSU, and is playing in one of the most competitive conferences in college football. But, and there is always a but, his 40 time is a little on the slow side which means he is not going to be a big time receiver in the pro's. If anything, he would be a role player like you were proposing which no team is going to burn a first day pick on. Also keep in mind that i am assuming you are judging this gentleman based on his performance in a recent bowl game or something along those lines. Performances in bowl games do not always translate into being a high draft pick. Also, there is plenty of time in between now and the draft, including one obstacle that someone like Bowe will struggle with...THE COMBINE. He won't have stellar numbers there which will result in the fall of his stock. Bowe has also only been playing football since his junior year in high school, which if he is an underclassman, would mean that he only had four years of football experience. Not quite sure it's enough to warrant a first day pick from any team.
