What Do Pats Fans Think of Us Trading McGahee?
BoondckCL replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So your a sheep? You picked your team based on a gift that some one gave you? I'm going to tell you a story. My grandmother gave me a Derek Jeter Christmas ornament when i was in third grade, and i kept it real. I didn't become a Yankees fan. Bad life decisions on your part. -
No Corey Dillon, sign another one to back up our draft pick in Kenny Irons.
-
Wow, i think this is the only thing to come out of your mouth that i actually agree with.

Everyone knows your a Red Sox fan moonlighting as a Patriots fan during New England's reign of success. -
What is the problem with Ko Simpson?
-
I bet he'd have just as good a chance as McGahee when it came to converting 3rd and shorts.

Is there actually a reason why the drinking age is 21
BoondckCL replied to taterhill's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
And since high school punks can't find someone to buy them beer, they steal their parents beer or liquor. Let's face it, everyone did it at one point. The best thing to do is get a good fake ID and not be stupid about drinking and driving until you are 21 years old. Bottom line, the drinking age is bull sh--. The government does a great job of making sure it is that way too. I used to have a fake ID, when Cops caught me with it, they nailed me with under age drinking, posession of alcohol (which are apparently two seperate things), and impersonation of another individual. By the new bill that is being proposed in New York, that would be two misdomeanors and a felony. -

I hate Patriot fans. -
I like the pick of Olsen, but not that high and certainly not the first guy we take off the board. Also, Pittman looked shabby in a couple games this season, and i was not impressed with his performance in the National Championship game. I don't think it helped that Troy Smith didn't even bother to make the trip, but his performance was disappointing. I think you have to look at CB, LB, or DT in round one, sub Irons for Pittman in the second round, and scratch Chris Leak in the 6th. If at all possible, the Bills should try to get some help at Wide Receiver in the third, fourth, or fifth round.

The Patriot fans do not have to watch McGahee week in and week out. It is painful to watch what he calls running the football. Take away the Jets games this year, and what does McGahee have? I believe that it is around 60 yards a game. That is not running the football. -
Marv seeking second round pick for McGahee
BoondckCL replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thank you. I couldn't help but want to say this while reading some of these posts. It would be like if fans of other teams were saying stuff like "well, they probably want to trade McGahee because they just signed Shaud Williams". It's ludacris. -
As well as a healthy and potentially good John McCargo.

I 100% agree with you.

That doesn't sound enthusiastic.

Director James Cameron says he's found the tomb of...
BoondckCL replied to Phlegm Alley's topic in Off the Wall Archives
When they view Christs DNA it will more than likely look like a bunch of crucifixes when placed under a microscope, instead of like regular DNA. -
Yeah, we should move to Toronto.
-
Not to be a douche, but could you explain this cash to cap scenario to me, as well as your take on it?
-
I'm guessing you are middle aged, because most of the people my age have heard of them. They're a cold group of people. Do some research on Brenda Paws and stacking if you want to hear about MS-13.

Good one, your trophy for most original post of the year is outside. -
Maybe it is Marv's way of sending a message to potential free agents that Marv and the Bills are willing to open the checkbook now.

Wow. That's it, that's all i need to say to portray my thoughts on your statement. -
If Marv and / or Ralph dies, what happens?
BoondckCL replied to Dual RB way to go's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is not a topic that a lot of people want to talk about. It would not only be a turning for the Bills but also it would be a sad moment for the city of Buffalo. Ralph is hands down one of the best owners in the game and is one of the only ones that loves the game itself anymore. His death will have a large effect on a lot of peoples lives and it is not something that people are looking forward to or wanting. He has children, yes. But here is the problem with giving it to his kids. Let's say that just for the numbers the Bills are now worth $500 million, what is the death tax going to look like on that? The price is going to be so much that his children would not be able to keep the team in family, and would be forced to sell to the highest bidder. Then it is up to that individual as to who is the GM or if the Bills stay in Buffalo. If anything, Ralph would have to sell the team before his death if the Bills are to stay in Buffalo. His children would not be able to foot the bill that the death tax would leave, thus making the future for the Bills, and the city of Buffalo, extremely glum. -
I was thinking that myself. She is the one hooker in that group that if somebody found me with her, my first reaction would not be reaching for my wallet to pay the person off.

Anybody watching?

Earlier in the season weren't you saying how badly Losman sucked and how great Brady Quinn was? If all Spikes needs is time to develop back to old playing form, or even anywhere close to it, then you must give it to him. The guy can single handedly turn a game around. Take the first game of the season against the Patriots when Spikes ran in and sacked Brady and forced the fumble that Fletcher took in for 6. That set that pace for the game, and it was one of the closest games we have had against the Patriots in years. If we cut Spikes and there is a team willing to give him a chance, and trust me there will be plenty, he will more than likely sign within the division and kick our asses twice a year. Then you can start a topic about who is to blame for not seeing that all Spikes needed was some time. I'm sorry, but give it a break. He's a leader on defense, a great guy, and a solid defensive player. Clearing your roster of guys like Spikes will not help this team progress, but rather cause a regression. If we were to let Spikes go, we would only have one starter from last year back in the line up at linebacker. Talk about creating holes.
