  1. It's ok, Doc D.. Darth can't answer your question.. I mean, if both Bradford and Clausen are selected prior to our #9 pick, he will have jumped off a bridge, before we're on the clock. So, it's a moot point.
  2. EXACTLY!! The drops are one thing.. most all WRs drop passes from time to time. Should he hang on to balls that hit him the hands? Absolutely. The thing that bothered me most last season was giving up on errant/underthrown passes. That's just a lack of effort and desire to win.. and those are qualities we don't need our young WRs learning from anyone, let alone a future Hall of Famer.
  3. Some of the comments on that page are great.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A witness called 911 and reported seeing a naked woman tied to a tree and several police officers responded. "Pay attention...if you want to have SEVERAL police respond to your issue...you only have to add two words to your call."
  4. Lions/Bills Superbowl? I think you're being a bit generous with that 2%.
  5. Ok, we get it already.. Sam Bradford is God's Gift to Football, and all other QB's in the 2010 Draft class suck.
  6. Nothing.. I was just curious. Can ya think of one? The "best" I can come up with is Antowain Smith.
  7. Ok, for a moment, let's assume you are Thomas Jones, and you wanna be able to "stick it" to the Jets twice a year.. you gonna go to the Bills? Or the Pats*/Fish? I know, those teams aren't exactly starved for RB talent, but even if we wanted him, I can't imagine why he'd wanna come to Buffalo. Just isn't a good fit for him. I'm trying to think.. Who's the last Bill to go to an AFCE team, that was anywhere near as good as Thomas Jones has been the last 2 seasons?
  8. That very well may be.. but, he's gonna wanna do it on a much more competetive team.. say S.D., Cinci or even Pitt.
  9. What makes you think that the feature back for one of the best rushing teams in the NFL last season would want to be a back-up/compete for the starters role on a rebuilding perennial cellar-dweller? Not to mention he's on the wrong side of 30, and plays probably the easiest to replace position in football. (Yea, I know.. there ARE guys at RB who aren't easy to replace. But, that can be said of every position.) With all the issues this teams has going into next season, not mention the rebuilding project that will entail probably the next 2-4 years, I don't think RB is something we really need to concern ourselves with, at this time.
  10. Well, if it's going to be authentic.. without, of course.
  11. I agree.. however, I guess it's poor protocol to express one's own opinion on a public message board.
  12. Nothing about my post is "incessant".. hop down off your soapbox, AD.. I didn't particularly care for their celebration afterwards.. I'm not advocating stringing them up by their toes.
  13. Nice analogy.. I guess I can't B word about Demetrius Bell missing a block or Donte Whitner whiffing on a tackle, cuz at least they are aren't molesting children or killing in the name of one god or another. As far as the arena being empty, I guess I missed that part.. Well, they got the time, right I suppose.. just not the place. A la: the US snowboarder.
  14. Yeah, but there's a a time and a place for this sorta stuff.. not particularly classy, IMO.
  15. Bah.. musta deleted him by accident with my editing.. the other end was supposed to be Max McGee
  16. This was Marshawn's M.O. in open space, with one defender in front of him. He thinks he's still in college, where he could run around everyone. Is Lynch hard to bring down? You bet. Is he easy as hell to catch? You bet. (Speaking of course, as an NFL player.. I'm sure he'd run ME over *OR* around me, for that matter.)
  17. Wish I had one of those Ko Simpsons $1,000,000 bills..
  18. I'm all for having a kid on the team who WANTS to run people over.. unlike Marshawn's version of Beast-mode.. as in: stutter, juke, dance, get caught, wrapped up, THEN fight for an extra yard or two.

  20. Yeah, in the 5th round, can we take Gerhart instead of the GT WR?
  21. That's the defense Buffalo played last season, when they inserted Scott at LB.. I'll pass.
