  1. "AAAAAAAAAAAH! YOU'VE LOST YOUR ARMS IN BATTLE! But, you've grown some nice boobs."
  2. Nice avatar, KD.. I'm a big fan of The Order of the Stick. Belkar Bitterleaf!!
  3. If that scenario plays out through the 1st 8 picks, I hope the Bills phone is ringing off the hook with teams looking to move up for Joe Haden or Eric Berry.
  4. Nate Newton, Michael Irvin, Chris Henry, Eugene Robinson...
  5. 1: Jim Clausen - Buffalo 2: Tim Tebow - Jacksonville 3: Eric Berry - Cleveland 4: CJ Spiller - Miami 5: Dez Bryant - Denver
  6. Yeah, Beachhead 1 ans 2 were good games.. another was a Submarine Sim called Silent Service.. my Dad and his best friend in the Air Force would play for hours..
  7. Lode Runner, Jumpman, Ghostbusters and especially Might & Magic I.. those got the most play time on my C64.
  8. I'm no lawyer, but I seriously doubt it. If I'm the mother in this scenario, my response would be something akin to: "May I borrow a quarter? I'd like to call the police myself."
  9. I'm aware of that.. they were the the guys I was hoping would fall to the Bills pick, prior to the draft.. Sadly, that didn't happen.
  10. Huh.. I thought you weren't allowed to trade draft picks 2 years in advance.
  11. That's what I'm crossing MY fingers for! Another guy I hope we don't draft being drafted ahead of us.. 'specially that early.
  12. The difference between this year and last, is a new front office.. whom I believe is finally going to start the rebuilding process the right way. By the way, here's Josh Reed's stats from 06-08, when he was the #2 WR and everyone was pining for him to replaced. 08 - 13 games, 56 rec, 597 yds, 1 TD 07 - 15 games, 51 rec, 578 yds, 0 TD 06 - 13 games, 34 rec, 410 yds, 2 TD The only stark difference is the TDs, but I guess that's the difference a ProBowl QB makes. But to answer your question, here's Evans and Owens from last season: 09 Evans - 44/612, 7 TDs 09 Owens - 55/829, 5 TDs
  13. Coles' 2009 stats: Games: 16 Games Started: 13 Receptions: 43 Yards: 514 TDs: 5 I'm pretty sure we can get that kind of production out of any run of the mill WR we throw out there opposite of Lee Evans. Besides, the difference between the Bills going 5-11 or going 10-6 is not named Laverneus Coles. (and that was with a ProBowl QB.)
  14. If he hasn't.. he's got a good shot at starting a 2 game win streak next season.
  15. Suits me just fine, too.. I see no reason for mediocre at best starting WRs making an average salary of $7MM/season. (See: Antonio Bryant/contract)
  16. For those that are gonna flip out of we draft a DB at #9.. Does that go for Eric Berry as well? Getting a guy at 9, that is rated as a top 5 talent would be a bit of coup. (I realize everyone's concerns, considering our draft history and depth in the secondary.) I for one, want the best guy available that weighs at least 275, with the only exception being McClain.
  17. I know everyone has that guy they hope and pray falls to us at #9: Clausen, Okung, McClain, etc.. But, who's that guy that you'll just absolutely LOSE IT, if the Bills draft with our first pick? Someone who may actually go in the top 15 or so.. Mine is Dez Bryant. Would having a big, strong, physical WR be nice to have? Sure. but, not with your 1st rounder when you are starting full-on rebuilding mode. Some of the guys from the past few drafts, I was praying the guys at One Bills Drive were going to pass up.. 2009 - Maybin (wanted Orakpo) 2008 - Limas Sweed, Malcolm Kelly or Devin Thomas (wanted Sedrick Ellis) 2007 - Lynch (wanted Okoye or Patrick Willis) So have at it, fellas.. Who's the guy that'll make ya throw your universal remote through your TV?
  18. I've always heard that it was for the sake of farmers, as well.. which seems really outdated now, since most farm vehicles are equipped with lights, and whatnot.
  19. That was vaguely reminiscent of my reaction after blowing the Week 1 Pats* game last season.
