  1. Pretty good start here. Lol...
  2. 83 ypc. Pretty good average so far...
  3. I don't know why people are thinking about "the national media" or old-school Herm Edwards. The only reason I can see for not running it up against the fins is (1) injury concerns (a perfectly legit and sensible thing), or (2) keeping the brakes pumped on the team's/town's expectations (of dubious value, but given the over-reactions we see here, maybe not unwarranted). Me? I want to see them pile it up, just to enjoy the moment for the players and the fans...
  4. I posted this in another thread but I see the Miami game a a "fan appreciation" coming out party for Josh and the offense. The Fins defense is giving up an average of 472 yards per game--296 of which have been through the air. If the Bills don't match than number, I'll be utterly shocked...
  5. You make a very good point. That schedule right now looks very, very tough. They could actually be a better team and maybe have fewer wins than this year. Still, it feels like it's too soon to go "all in," so 2020 will be very interesting...
  6. Especially after paying big bucks for a RB in free agency. Doh! I hate when that happens...
  7. I'm thinking they're still one more good off-season away. They remind me of the 1989 Bills team that was leaning how to win and putting together the foundation of those glory years teams...
  8. I think the Fins game is going to be a "fan appreciation" blowout. I know McD is a conservative guy, but I just have a feeling he's going to go against character and have the team lay the lumber on Miami...
  9. How about in two weeks? If they don't score 40 points on the Fins, I'll eat my hat...
  10. Has Lewan been working out at Incognito's gym? After his 'all hat, no cattle' performance yesterday, it would have been better to just stay quiet. Don't recall many times that Bills players have slagged a guy like that on social media, either...
  11. Everything hinges on the pass rush. It has been an extremely well-executed team effort by all the D-linemen so far this year, even with the injury to Harry. If they continue to consistently generate pressure with the front 4-5 guys throughout the season, this could be a special year...
  12. Nope. Gordon doesn't seem like a process guy to me. If they swing a trade, it will likely be for depth. Probably at LB or OT. Before yesterday, I would have said WR, but Duke looks like he could be that guy...
  13. I don't change a thing. This is the 2019 NFL offense. Pass to set up the run, take advantage of mismatches and try to minimize turnovers. If Josh fixes that last issue and they get one more good off-season to fill a few more holes, watch out...
  14. I don't see any similarities, other than size. Benjaman was slow, lazy and uncompetitive. Duke works hard an is uber-competitive when the ball is in the air. Adding a guy who can run slants and high point the ball gives this offense a big, big lift...
  15. Yep. Dare I say it was Pats like, in that the found a way to win when the opponent couldn't. If New England wins a game like this, everyone say's "They're so good. Why can't we do that?" Well, they just did...
  16. ...and lasted a week. Thanks for passing through.
  17. Teams are over-playing the run, daring Allen to be the difference maker. I like that Daboll has enough confidence in Josh to say, "OK, have it your way. We'll beat you through the air"
  18. This table thing has used up its 15 minutes...
  19. Tough break for Pittsburgh. Nuts...
  20. Feliciano (for sliding over to C so effectively)
  21. The Titans are a good team. This was a quality road win, regardless of Santos...
  22. Gut check game there. I love the mental toughness this team has...
