  1. Why, why, why don't we have any 2-3 step drop and throw plays in our playbook!!!
  2. Yep. Only one option on that route and it wasn't even a good one...
  3. Edmunds has been freaking horrible...
  4. This is not looking good. The Browns have to be stopped now or this will be ugly...
  5. Edmunds looks lost. He's getting worse, not better, with each game...
  6. ST are important...but so is being a guy who can catch/block. Foster does neither of those things.
  7. Must be more to the story about Duke's deactivation the past two games than we're hearing...
  8. Saving him for the playoffs....
  9. The LBs have been the problem in the run game lately. Player contracts are what they are. They don't mean a damn thing when the Bills have so much cap space, but human nature being what it is...
  10. It's the nature of the position. Even though he was a better player than Star, Ted Washington had the same problem. Big contract, outsized expectations...
  11. I'm amazed that I just discovered Tommy Bolin after all these years. I'm blown away by how talented he was and sad that his flame burned for such a short a time...
  12. Isn't he watching game film the whole time he's commuting? That seems like a good use of time...
  13. Bupkis. In all my years of watching Bills football I've never seen such a sad sack group of opponents as I've seen this year. Even the Philly and Pats games were ugly. And the six teams we beat were breathtakingly bad. Had any of those teams been "NFL average" its likely the Bills would not have six wins and their record would look a lot more like the preseason predictions.
  14. Win the game. Nothing else matters...
  15. Whoa. Good thing AP only hit Motor in the chest with his hand and not a switch...
  16. Freeney also ran 4.48 in the 40 vs. 4.75 for Ed...
  17. I know its heresy, but Kyle had some poor days stopping the run as well. At least 4-5 times a game he'd shoot the wrong gap and open up a running lane. It looked great when he made the right read, but it also led to lots of rushing yards when he didn't. That was likely scheme-based more than Kyle, but just saying, the Bills often had trouble stopping the between-the-tackles running game long before Oliver came along...
  18. Indeed he was: https://www.google.com/search?q=2008+ny+jets+coaching+staff&rlz=1CAHPZR_enUS868&oq=2008+ny+jets+coaching+staff&aqs=chrome..69i57j0.10843j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 Offensive coaches Offensive Coordinator – Brian Schottenheimer. Quarterbacks – Brian Daboll. Running Backs – Jimmy Raye. Wide Receivers – Noel Mazzone. Assistant Offensive Line/Tight Ends – Mike Devlin. Offensive Quality Control – Brian Smith. Coaching Assistant – Dan Shamash.
  19. He's not long enough to play end. Ed is doing fine, BTW... And had just as many problems against the run, even as a vet...
  20. Well, its nice to see that grade on Josh, but consider that Trapasso is a Bills fan and used to edit Buffalo Rumblings and contributes to the Buffalo News. Perhaps a bit biased? Hmmmm.... EDITED: Or more likely, better informed, since he probably follows Allen and the Bills more closely than other national media guys... https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-trapasso-b5a9a511
  21. That's what it looks like to me as well. Edmunds overflows with the blocker and gets walled off.
  22. Its a must if they want to get to ten wins. The Steelers game is a 50-50, so they have to take care of business this weekend, IMO...
  23. Yep. Niagara Falls has such a fascinating history. It's such a shame that the U.S. side has become a ****hole over the last few decades...
  24. It's highly unlikely to make it over the falls. It will just break up and sink to the bottom of the upper river. It's really deteriorated in the past two years. Here's the history of the scow: http://www.niagarafrontier.com/scow.html
