A lot of angst being shed in this thread. IMO, all Beane has done is make sure Kroft shows up to compete at camp. I think it's 50/50 that he makes the team. If he's cut and signs elsewhere, his 2020 cap number will be reduced by whatever amount his new team signs him for. So likely only $2 million in dead cap, at worst...
