Very sad news. Hull was one of the classiest guys ever to play in the NFL and one of the all-time great Bills. This interview from a year ago showed just how much pain these guys have to live with after they hang it up. Sad indeed.

Which is all I want and expect. They're good enough to compete week in and week out, which is a big improvement from the past few years and that makes them entertaining to watch. But talent wize, they still have a lot of holes to fill on the defensive front 7 and aren't good enough to overcome mistakes (along with 90% of the NFL).

This team is still a work in progress that has over-achieved mightily, with at least one more good defensive draft needed...

Agreed. Live by the sword, die by it. Fitz could just as easily lost the KC and Raiders games by making similar "throw it into coverage and see if the receiver can make a play" throws, but then the second guessing rarely makes an appearence after wins...

Not really... Conservative calls on first down that left difficult down and distance plays on second and third are easily corrected.
