Even more than Donahoe, I've been thinking that Modrak was the cause of the clusterfluck drafting we suffered through during those dark days. TD wasn't a personnel guy (more like fantasy football geek) and relied on Modrak's board and evaluations to our detriment. I'll never forget a comment Donahoe made when we drafted Mike Williams--that he'd never interviewed him prior to the pick! Garbage in, garbage out...

A healthy O-line gives them the ability to run AND pass. They became more one-dimensional after all the injuries and line shuffling forced Chan to go to the short passing game. Now that we've improved the line depth, I expect a more balanced gameplan, especially with an upgraded defense that will likely get more stops and give the ball back to the offense a few more times per game...

In Buddy's presser, he said if Potter can kick it out of the endzone on every attempt, he'll make the team strictly as a kickoff guy. From the looks of the video posted above, he can certainly have a strong chance to do that...
