  1. Easy. He doesn't know what he's taking about...
  2. Yeah, I suppose you're right. He obviously had more than enough time to cram all of the scouting reports, personnel files and employee evaluations into his head in the couple months after he was named GM and should have obviously discounted the work of Modrak's guys and re-scouted each draft eligible player. No excuse for the pick...
  3. Agreed. No reason to root against a guy still on his rookie contract (i.e., cheap) who's careeer has been derailed by injuries (ie., bad break). Although some of these responses do provide good fodder for the ignore pool... As are you, if you think Buddy had insight into every draft eligible player, including Troup. Area scouts are responsible for putting together reports on players in their territories. Since Buddy's focus/expertise is on the SEC, what makes you think he had input on a kid from Conference USA?
  4. Gone, baby, gone...
  5. Yeah, I don't get that mentality either...
  6. For the love of God, don't people realize that Schopp's shtick is to take provocative, contrarian positions to attract callers! It's about as transparent as glass and a real mystery why so many folks get agitated by it...
  7. Agreed. The thought processes displayed by many posters sure are a hoot, however...
  8. Yes, it's been a real public service...
  9. More importantly, where's his daughter...
  10. Yeah, having his hand on the ground probably wasn't his strong suit. Still, I'm surprised Wanny couldn't have developed some kind of hybrid situatational type role for him...
  11. Yeah, that was a pretty telling bit of news, given his newly elevated role in college scouting...
  12. Someone?! You've got a lot of restraint, IMO. My list's at 24 pages and growing...
  13. You mean like a vet who hasn't invested any time on breaking down film on his opponent (since it's preseason) and is rushing without a gameplan?
  14. His lack of fluidity is concerning. He doesn't seem to have cornerback hips, nor quick twitch muscle movement. Safety might be his future, but if so, he'd be depth right now (rather than a starter at CB)...
  15. Frasier was clearly trying to improve his staus with the organization and fan base. Maybe he's feeling a bit insecure. Still, I think its time the Bills pick their team and spend more time honing the execution rather than focusing on player development...
  16. I'm expecting the majority of TSW to piss and moan about everything...
  17. Yes, any three of their choosing.
