Looking at a Google Earth overhead view of that location, it might even be possible to leave the Thruway where it is if the area between Illinois and Michigan Avenues could be acquired and extended from South Park to Scott Street. Agreed. It seems highly doubtful (to me, anyway) that any savvy new owner (Trump obviously wouldn't fall into this category) would toss away a decade-plus of real, solid NFL experience in marketing/running a small market franchise just to install a rookie team president who's "his guy." A dumb, knee jerk personnel move like that wouldn't be the way to impress your new NFL partners. And I don't think Pegula is dumb...

Agreed. And use the 'ignore user' feature as well. It's the only way to fight the sock puppets that clog the TSW lint basket...

Actually, that's a BIG negative, IMO. He's still trying to make more money (i.e., view the franchise as a buy low / sell high opportunity), while T-Pegs and Tom G. have already made their dough and want to enjoy their toys and lifestyle. Gundlach's just an other version of Trump...
