Tend to agree. The longer he's in Miami, the smaller the window becomes. As much as I'd like to see Clay in the Red, White and Blue, we've made a lot of progress without him so far this off season. Beef up the OL with a good veteran signing, draft a TE and I'll be very satisfied...

Forcing the D to spread out to cover multiple threats will make it easier for the OL to open holes and for McCoy to do his cut back thing. I suspect it'll be a lot like how Thurman was so successful in the K-Gun...

Agreed. C.J. could never live up to where he was drafted but he was still a good guy who represented the team and city well....

At 6'7" how high does he have to get to high point the ball? I also didn't see a DB contesting any of those high throws. Look, I get it. Chandler's a traditional TE in a league that increasingly values hybrid HB/TEs with RB movement skills. There's room for both types and they increase game planning flexibility. Chandler's a good-not-great TE and should help us again this year...

I think there's a lot of selective memory around here. Is he a top-tier TE? No, of course not. But he's an effective guy who would be a fine complement to Clay...
