  1. Alex Boone, another guy with a lot of baggage who turned it around. http://www.csnbayarea.com/blog/matt-maiocco/alex-boones-remarkable-journey
  2. At 6'7" he's probably too tall, and I don't think he's ever played inside at any point in his career, so it would be a real gamble.
  3. As opposed to your dozens and dozens and dozens of posts on his decline? Got it...
  4. That's his rep, but it seems to apply to most of the "movement-type" OTs with low 1st to 2nd round grades. Hard to get a road grader-type that can also dance at that spot in the draft. At this point, with the other OTs on the roster being more mauler/grader types, I think guys like Fischer, Humpries or Ogbuehe are they kinds of players that would compliment them--or more likely, be better suited to Roman's scheme...
  5. http://www.mlive.com/lions/index.ssf/2015/03/mel_kiper_doesnt_see_detroit_l.html March 26... "Jake Fisher, right now, is probably a guy that's moved up as much as anybody the last couple months," Kiper said during a Thursday conference call. "He's getting overlooked by a lot of people when you talk about mock drafts, for obvious reasons. He was projected more to be a (second-round pick), but it wouldn't shock me if he went more in the 25-to-32 range."
  6. That would be a great fit, but I can't see him sliding to 50. They may have to settle for Humphries or Ogbuehi. Positionally, though, that's the top need. As it stands, there are only three OTs on the roster right now and it would be disasterous if Glenn went down. I think they need a movement-type swing OT that better fits Roman's scheme, so any of these three guys would work for me. Speaking of Glenn, he really needs to regain his foot speed and/or get in better shape this year if he wants to get back to his early form...
  7. 4.70 forty time and not that athletic...nice story, but a real long shot. http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/josh-robinson?id=2552591 http://www.forwhomthecowbelltolls.com/2015/2/22/8082483/mississippi-state-bulldogs-josh-robinson-nfl-combine-results On the other hand, if you want to draft a Freddie clone, here's your guy (although it would have to be the third round pick--and given that Whaley said he expects that guy to be a contributor right away, not a good fit given the needs elsewhere--oh well, I think this guy would be great in Roman's offense): http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000446050/article/mayock-northern-iowas-david-johnson-similar-to-charles-sims http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/players/1137327/david-johnson http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-senior-bowl/0ap3000000462773/Reese-s-Senior-Bowl-Johnson-s-19-yard-touchdown-run
  8. Yep, that's was his true mark of greatness. Awsome player, shitk drek of a man...
  9. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/175649-david-lee-comments-on-geno-vs-ej/page-2?do=findComment&comment=3435924 Must be typed in invisible font. I guess...
  10. Two. I look forward to Three...
  11. Great first post. Your insights will add a lot to the Wall...
  12. Damn straight. He should be sitting in front of a computer watching film. No need to keep the arm in shape or work on timing, footwork, ball rotation, muscle memory. Playing QB is 100% mental....
  13. Just bought my Artpark tix today....Whoot! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jrZOm2nvVA
  14. There will be a lot more pre-draft visits to OBD after the pro days wrap up. Here's last year's list of visitors (Kouandjio was the the next-to-last guy to visit, on April 24): http://www.buffalorumblings.com/2014/4/2/5574050/nfl-draft-2014-buffalo-bills-pre-draft-visitors
  15. It's Grayson. Please don't confuse this thread with the Michael Sam one...
  16. Yep, they're on the road attending pro days right now. I'd expect a lot of OL visitors to OBD in the next few weeks...
  17. This thread has run its course and has little to offer other than rebuttals to a personal vendetta. Lock it...
  18. The circus comes to town. No thanks...
  19. OK, now I get it. You forgot to put a humor emoticon after your original post.
  20. Pass. We need to shift the focus to building our home grown talent now (Bradham, etc.)
  21. Agreed. He needs to change his name to Williams...
  22. While they would have to move cap dollars around (i.e., restructure Eric Wood, cut Chris Williams after June 1), they could probably take on another veteran contract if someone came available. This may be just Whaley's way of getting the word out to other teams that he's open for business...
  23. Bully for Rex. His remarks has to be calculated and he's talking to more players than Brown...
  24. http://espn.go.com/blog/buffalo-bills/post/_/id/18125/source-bills-talking-extension-with-nigel-bradham When Rodak says "in town" he means Phoenix, not Buffalo, as that's where he's at--covering the owners meeting. That may be source of some of the confusion in this thread....
