  1. The gunslinger / big splash mentality of our GM, HC and owner, that would be a real hoot...
  2. That request doesn't appear to sit well with the NFL, due to worries about setting a precedent...
  3. Shane Ray has the turf toe issue, not Collins...
  4. Kouandjio has knee problems (maybe it's genetic with those guys) and is falling off draft boards... http://www.al.com/alabamafootball/index.ssf/2015/04/knee_problems_could_lead_to_al.html
  5. Gotta love a lawyer with a gmail account... Here's another site talking about this. I love some of the comments, since they imply "Janet" responded to a few inquires. My favorite: Haydiyah Wed, 18 Mar 2015 21:43 EDT I did respond, but i told her i don't trust what she's telling me!, she said i shouldn't ask to many questions when your getting a blessing from god!. https://embassy-finder.com/germany_in_abidjan_ivory-coast
  6. He was slated to go around pick 17-20 before this came up, so assuming the Bills are picking at the bottom of round one next year, it might be a good value pick. It would have to be balanced against understanding how strong the 2016 draft class is going to be. A bird in the hand, however...
  7. Agreed. The Walter Football grades are a joke and there's no way Jones drops to 50....
  8. But, but but...then we'd have to pay him $100 million someday!
  9. Doh! He's never been a 'suspect' as far as the public statements are concerned...
  10. This is not the year to have a first round pick (as evidenced by how many teams are trying to trade down). It's just not a good class. Better to add a few more mid-round selections and build the depth... Imo
  11. Like the player, but 50 is too high IMO. Good value at 81, however...
  12. Watch the "tinfoil hat" crowd explode the Internet if that happens...
  13. Good approach. There will always be multiple Williams' on the team...
  14. Per Rapoport, Collins is in Baton Rouge ready to meet with police, however as the investigation is not complete, authorities are not ready to meet with him, according to sources who have spoken to the police. He won't be a first rounder, but it's likely somebody will pull the trigger on him on Friday...
  15. It's an overreaction based on everything publicly known so far. I'd draft him if he falls anywhere past 75-80, given the risk / reward. The Snooze ran a story on Thurman Thomas falling to the 2nd round earlier this week and this seems like a similar (albeit crazy) kind of parallel...
  16. It is a fun site. And Walter Football is meh...
  17. I'm wondering what they'd do with the 50th pick...
  18. The Lions fans obviously don't know how to use the Internet...
  19. Yet wouldn't he have to be on the active roster, lest some team sweep in and sign him from the practice squad for literally nothing? I can't see them carrying four QB, so E.J would have to be the odd man out.
  20. Roughly $1.7 million if cut after June 1...that's insignificant. They should be looking to upgrade both guard spots. They can still draft an OT to be a swing man behind Glenn and Henderson...
  21. Problem solved... http://overthecap.com/player/chris-williams/2179/ Boone was PFF's No. 17 guard last season, https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2015/01/22/2014-pff-all-nfc-west-team/ Guards: Mike Iupati (LG, SF), Alex Boone (RG, SF) The San Francisco left-right of Iupati and Boone get the call. Boone managed to finish in the green as both a pass blocker and as a run blocker while Iupati, on the other hand, posted another example of his customary one-sided play — run-blocking dominance and lacking pass pro. That strong showing as a run blocker, though, (second-highest run blocking grade among guards) was impressive enough on its own.
