  1. I'm betting TE or LB. If Dabol wants Allen to be efficient and patient, the TE can be his best friend (after Beasley). At LB, I suspect they want to protect Joseph and Dodson, even if one is likely to be inactive on game day...
  2. I'd say it's your opinion, but you're certainly entitled to it...
  3. It would appear so...
  4. IDK. I suspect most fans are used to pro athletes being lugheads like Gronk or lunch pail guys like J.J. Watt. That's why they relate to them, rather than intelligent, multifaceted guys like Rogers and Luck...
  5. Plus, Danica certainly knows how to use a stick shift. Olivia's more of an automatic type...
  6. I call B.S.! How can it be more mental with a guy who only has two brain cells. Sounds politically correct to me...
  7. Well, in your case, that seems about right...
  8. Isn't that from three days ago? The latest on Paline's twitter account only mentions Philly and Seattle: https://twitter.com/tonypauline?lang=en Tony Pauline Retweeted Pro Football Network‏ @PFN365 55m55 minutes ago More Pro Football Network Retweeted Michael Kist Lots of 'smoke' surrounding Jadeveon Clowney and a potential trade to Miami. However, multiple reports suggest his interest could be with Philly or Seattle, two potential Super Bowl contenders. =========================================================================================================================== As an aside, I know you scour the web for info but can you take a look a the credentials of the sites you post links to as well? The Pro Football Network site is run by a guy who's a PR flack for Travelers Insurance in Connecticut (Doh!). The TexansBullPen site is just a couple of Houston fans who are no more "wired in" than anyone on TSW: http://www.texansbullpen.com/aboutus.htm All About Us! This is all about the Texans, with everything from the fans right down to the players. We are not associated with the Houston Texans nor are we any part of their franchise. What you see on this web site is non-profit, fan opinionated, down-to-earth fun. We have no ties with the Texans As for the web masters... first we have Jeff - also known as TexanLee. Jeff is 41 years old and is currently employed with TSA, Inc... We support all HP products. And for the important information, yes... he is still single (hint, hint ladies...) and has no kids. Next, we have Dean - Also known as TexanRed. Dean currently has no age since he has recently started looking younger the past few years. Dean is a former Marine and who has been fortunate to be one of few people who have made it many years working with HP (formerly a part of the Compaq side) and is working towards many more years with them. Dean has himself three wonderful daughters... McKenzie, Kailie, and Allie. And as a matter of fact, yes! Dean is available ? And of course, we can't leave out Andy (Our official Photographer). All of the pictures you see on our site are taken by Andy. Andy is also a former Marine (that's where he met Dean as well as his wife, Katie). Andy is now working as a contractor inside of HP (thanks to these crappy BS work force reductions taking place for the past 8 years now). At least it is a job and his wife doesn't have to support him anymore ? Well, this will sum up the basic information regarding your local folks at TexansBullPen.com, now go enjoy the rest of our site!!! .
  9. As John Wawrow posted, the Bills were not pursuing him...
  10. Come back and take a look now....https://www.buffalobills.com/photos/sneak-peek-inside-the-bills-new-locker-room-13551785#6d94fb49-b618-4a5c-af0f-cfc08b10f773
  11. Because (A) he was never coming here and (B) a crappy Fins team will make him irrelevant in the grand scheme of thing. Miami has had this thing about signing "shiny object" free agents for several years now and look where its gotten them. Steven Ross is worse than Ralph ever was and it a good thing for Bills fans...
  12. I suspect he does not get along with O'Brian. OTOH, Pete Carroll would be a great fit for him...
  13. I really hope this happens. Miami is going to suck for the two years they can hold on to him and if he does sign a long-term deal, it will eat up their cap for a long time. You'd think the Fins might have learned a lesson from all their failed FA signing over the past few years...but thank God for Steven Ross!
  14. Do you watch special teams or get up and go to the refrigerator when they're out there (asking for a friend)...
  15. I'm still holding out for a super model to marry me. But I stopped holding my breath a long time ago (Damn, my fist is getting pretty sore, though)....
  16. Chalk me up as one who doesn't get the Tyree love. Big arms are a dime a dozen. Big heads (i.e., the ability to see the field, recognize coverages) are an invaluable commodity. I don't see a big head on Tyree's shoulders and don't see the potential for him to grow one... (I wonder how Jayson Botterill would have done as a QB)
  17. The leadership panel is selected by the coaches. IIRC, Shady wasn't on it last year either. The captain positions are picked by the team. I suspect McCoy will be a captain again this year. For those of you slagging DiMarco, he's a leader of the special teams group which is why he's on the list: https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2019/7/9/20680541/who-will-lead-the-2019-buffalo-bills-in-special-teams-snaps "The best place to start is to take a look at who led the team in special-teams snaps in 2018. As is standard practice, here’s a colorful table showing everyone who broke the 30% mark of special-teams play time last season."

  19. I have a headache just thinking about this....
  20. Sadly, that sounds about right...
  21. Same with John Urschel. They recruit some smart kids at PSU...
  22. Yeah, but our OL sucks so NBD...
