  1. With the 3 top prospects at WR being projected as late first rounders, I'd say trade down and see who falls to you, while also having a chance at another top prospect. You'd better believe that if McFadden somehow falls to 11 Jones will be salivating and humping Brandon's leg.
  2. Also, in that video, it sure looked like he was faster than those corners he was burning
  3. Brandon Siler was a projected first rounder last year But... I agree. Nelson will sneak up the draft boards...
  4. Am I the only one who thinks that we have two very solid corners on this team? Sure, we could get a great corner, but I see other glaring needs for this team. Get me a Wide Reciever, a Tight End, rotational pass rusher, a Full Back, LB depth, and a solid backup LT, THEN get me a corner.
  5. He'll be damn good in the rotation for years to come.
  6. 1. Jesus Christ - Savior out of Jewliard 2. Buddha - Left Guard out of Indiana
  7. Tim Anderson? ... Yes.
  8. I know, was just being a smartass They had him undrafted, and we cut him... so no need for mention
  9. Another good read in the middle of it... "Left guard Mike Gandy is a punishing blocker. Right guard Duke Preston is an overachiever who is excellent in the running game and improving significantly as a pass blocker, but the rest of the Buffalo offensive line has little to offer. Tackles Jason Peters and Terrance Pennington would be decent backups ... Hilarious?
  10. So I'm looking through my closet today and stumble over a magazine. Street and Smiths Pro Football Draft 2007! I love looking at these old guys, due to the fact that we'll see who we're projecting now as great either doing phenomenal or riding a bench or working at Wendy's next year See if you would've liked this draft over what we had... Buffalo Bills: 1) Darrelle Revis, CB, Pittsburgh (1st selection by Jets, Starter) 2) Brandon Siler, MLB, Florida (6th rd by S.D., considered "Great depth and good Special Teams) 3) Darius Walker, HB, Notre Dame (UDFA by Texans, signed, cut, signed, cut, re-signed but did record a touchdown) 4) Doug Datish, OC, Ohio State (5th round by Falcons, IR all year) 5) Jay Alford, DT, Penn State (3rd Round by Giants, should be a great player in the near future) 6) LeRon McClain, FB, Alabama (5th round by Ravens, did great in front of McGayhee) 7) Herb Taylor, OT, TCU (6th Round by KC, IR all year) Marshawn went to Green Bay at 16th in the first Poz went to the Gnats at 20th in the first Trent went to Miami in the 4th John Wayne went to Carolina in the 4th Dwayne Wright went undrafted Derek Schouman went to Tampa Bay in the 7th. Who's C.J. Ah You?
  11. Huge Michigan State fan. If we get a trade down? Then most certainly. He's middle height for a WR (6'2"), has great hands and can get open, but to me he's another speedster. We have Roscoe and Lee who can go deep and burn defenses, but I want a tough, physical #2 who can go over the middle and make plays. My problem is I want a well accustommed #2 if he's going to be coming out of college. Devin played very little his sophomore year, if he'd stuck around another year, I'd say a definite top 20 pick, no contest. I'm not saying that he isn't the guy, he CAN go over the middle, but he's better suited to burn. I'd rather have a healthy Sweed or Kelly at 11. IF we trade down? By all means, should be a great pick up.
  12. And good catch, I did hear that this morning, he stepped it up
  13. I wonder if the front office realizes that Roscoe was 3 of the top 10 top plays...
  14. Look at picks 1, 2, and 3 to answer your questions Also... I STILL only see Tight End as a marginal need. Robert Royal has done mediocre at his position, great at blocking, decent with the hands, so above that I only see WR and CB as the GLARING needs. So... WR/CB in rounds one and two (unless we go Kelly/Sweed and Davis) then TE.
  15. Shh.... People only know about motor and combine information 'round here. Don't try to infect us with logic!
  16. Didn't need him. Malcolm Kelly first round baby!
  17. If the "Wha' Happened" was from A Might Wind... I salute you sir.
  18. I dunno, I can see us taking that Edwards character in the third round, maybe a power back in the fourth... Wright out of Fresno? But Lynch and Poz? No. Lynch is too small and is a straight ahead runner, can't break tackles, and Poz won't fit in to an NFL linebacking corp right away. Dream on Lori
  19. That's the thing, he'll be a great BACKUP who can teach Trent, but not a starter if trent gets hurt.
  20. All anyone needs to know is Marshall Faulk is a tool and doesn't watch football. Marshall Faulk analyzing football is like Bob Knight analyzing basketball. Did anyone hear Knight tonight? "Well, they're offense was good, and their defense was good. I don't know much about the Pac-10 but I think that Stanford and UCLA will make the tournament."
  21. Gah. I do NOT want Devin Thomas...
  22. I'm HargroveforMVP again... and lost half my posts... eh!?
  23. And why am I HargroveforMVP again?
  24. Please enlighten me on this years draft 0_o
  25. Shame... cousins go there :-\
