  1. errr not sure where the cheap shot at me comes from, but if you really think a God (he/she/it) keeps track of Ashley Madison accounts all I can say is "lol" ... make that multiple "lols" as it will keep me laughing for a while
  2. no matter what you think of him, you really think he reaches that potential here? with our scheme, QB play, other receiving targets needing the ball? imo perfect guy to trade to a WR-needy team with an elite QB. Sell him as another Antonio Browne .... not particularly big or fast, but a disciplined route runner with good feet and sure hands, that an elite QB can rely on
  3. not a matter of if, just when. too much money involved for these greed dogs not to do a reunion show, followed up by tour and new album
  4. errr so what is it? he's either infinitely valuable or nfw anyone trades a 1st for him.
  5. really? i sort of see him being phased out, not deliberately, but just how things are shaping up. By all accounts he's getting frustrated about it too. I also think that in his mind he wants to be thought of as the #1. In this run first scheme, and with other guys needing the ball when they do throw, I see him getting around 600 yards this year ... somewhere between his 1st and 2nd seasons. Thats respectable but i want more of out of #2, and it's certainly not worth forgoing a 1st round pick if offered
  6. I really like the play of Thompson and Davis this preseason.
  7. He had 700 yards in our crappy offense last year. With cam or Aaron I think the expectation can bump that to 1,000+ this year. He's not getting that this year in our run first scheme, and with guys like Watkins, Clay and others needing the ball when we do throw it. This forms the basis for a mutually beneficial trade.
  8. With the depth and scheme we have this guy is becoming expendable. He's already showing frustration about not getting the ball enough. He's not the red zone threat we need. Imo we don't miss a beat without him. Packers or Panthers oth may feel with their elite QBs he could be a #1 WR. If either one offers a first I'm on it. Also willing to listen to other packages. Thoughts?
  9. This one?http://youtu.be/ilFuzKURvhk
  10. http://edition.cnn.com/2015/08/18/travel/exthetics-rooftoppings-daniel-lau/index.html?iid=ob_article_organicsidebar_expansion&iref=obnetwork
  11. Will be determined via reality TV show
  12. Imo they loved him. Ran him up the middle as much as possible. Brought him back from an injury others might have IR'd. With new guards would come new hope for their run CJ up the middle philosophy.
  13. Agree on Searcy. Only big WR of note available was Marshal. Just not seeing him fit with Watkins and woods.
  14. Iapati (sp?) is one. Resign Spiller too
  15. BTW if they did what I speculate and draft QB in Rd2 that means EJ was traded too for 6 or 7th. The narrative would be getting rid of Buddy's last act (even though whaleys fingerprints are all over it)
  16. Or outbid Cleveland for mccown. But yeah one of these pass around patty's probably named started over EJ by now. Marrone wrote off EJ and had no clue how to develop him anyway
  17. Looks like Rex is doing the same now
  18. Probably right. I wonder who's at RDE? Manny? Doubt they do something ballsy and sign hardy. These guys were way conservative, except Spikes
  19. They knew that coming in. He's classic PS material. Heck if nothing else give our DBs a chance to prep for tall WRs. They got eaten up against Panthers.
  20. I think he just hasn't gotten enough attention either, not just games but practice. He's the only WR on the roster with a size advantage, I'd PS him
  21. I don't see Hogan plateauing as in steady state, given the lack of anything special and what I've seen in preseason, I see him doing worse
  22. IMO - we don't sign guys with baggage like incognito, harvin, and IK - we don't do the kiko for McCoy trade - Schwartz is DC and we resign Spikes - we don't draft Darby and instead use Rd2 pick on best QB available (Grayson?) - still take Miller in Rd3 - sign Iapiati (sp?) as a FA - resign Spiller - probably still trade for Cassell and name him starter by now - no Tyrod - probably resign Chandler and draft O'Leary ....don't see them paying up for Clay in FA...but its still a possibility. - rounds 4 and 5 on help in the secondary So basically defense stays pretty much the same, guards are upgraded so expectation for better run game, not much change in passing game however so still question remains how will we score enough points. Does this hypothetical team have a chance to do better than 9 - 7? How do their chances compare to the team under Rex?
  23. Which plays did he take the top off a defense? Like a Goodwin or at times Watkins.
  24. I have no clue what you're talking about. I don't see hands, route running, ability to take the top off the defense or anything. I like the catch he made against (was it lions or Detroit last year?), but that was one play. Stay on the field long enough anyone can have a couple plays. But his overall body of work is really nothing at all special
  25. Dude had stints with 3 other teams before coming here. All went no where. Yeah I'm really afraid of releasing Hogan and him taking his 400 yard season somewhere else lol
