He doesn't see or throw well from the pocket over the middle. It's not just passing , its pass rush too... most of the sacks and the fumbles came from pressure up the middle. I don't see that changing. If he drops back it better be way back to help him see and get more time to react to pressure. Imo he's a read-option QB, not the scheme I'd prefer but that's his best chance. Rg3 made it work as a rookie and I think TT has comparable talent.

Sadly he may be right as the staff has attached itself to him
-
do you have faith in this staff to develop any of them?
-
as a fan of course I am supporting him, but being objective I have little faith he turns it around. A bad loss next week makes us 1 - 2, 0 & 2 in the division, in a hole already, and looking at "must win" games early in the season. I hate to say the name because of the poor character reference (an aspect which Im in no way attributing to TT), but on the field I see nothing he gives us that Geno Smith wouldn't. My concern is it gets worse and worse, and we see Geno-like melt downs. Guy carries himself a lot better off the field, so maybe theres hope. And I sure would love for him to prove me wrong

Next week is another huge test for him, on the road against a division rival with a pretty good defense. If his performance continues to worsen then all bets are off

Will the refs let us win this game?

As long as its not Walt Coleman and crew im hopeful we stand a chance -
If I had to rank them, I'd go: 1. Improved Guard Play - helps run, pass, entire offense. last year was a disaster 2. Rex's Better Utilization of Talent on Defense - schwartz was OK but his commitment to 4-3 left us vulnerable to adjustments from opposing offense I'm not ready to say QB. This team had 9 wins last year, they weren't terrible. Some improvements in areas other than QB could translate to a 10 to 11 win season.

Yeah I say racism is a bad thing because it is. Sure there are elements over there that are a problem. As is our foreign policy driven by elements right here that are extremely problematic. You do for example happen to recall WE started a war of choice over bogus weapons claims that, depending on the source, resulted in the deaths of anywhere 200,000 to 500,000 people.

I'm getting rid of guns across the board. They're arguing for the selective and pre-emptive ridding of people who can have guns. So what's your specific plan for achieving the latter?
-
Sounds like he's trying to pick up support from B-man, LA bills, Chef, and the other nuts on this board. Washington (CNN)Donald Trump came under fire Friday morning for his handling of a question at a town hall about when the U.S. can "get rid" of Muslims, for failing to take issue with that premise and an assertion that President Barack Obama is Muslim. Trump, who has shaken off several high-profile controversies that would have ended other presidential campaigns, faced an immediate backlash from advocacy groups, and members of his own party distanced themselves from the GOP front-runner. The incident recalls Trump's 2011 quest to challenge Obama on where he was born, which ended with Obama releasing his long-form birth certificate. It also follows a debate performance Wednesday that garnered mixed reviews for the billionaire businessman. http://edition.cnn.com/2015/09/17/politics/donald-trump-obama-muslim-new-hampshire/

Funny that the right wing nit wits who claim gun control advocates offer no practical solution, instead advocate incarcerating individuals with early warning signs. Like what people would that be ? What screening process takes place? How about obtaining a warrant? Any idea the infrastructure involved with this? When do they get out? If all the people who fit the profile of the killers since columbine were targeted how many would that be? Who gets to decide who's incarcerated? For example I'm very concerned a nitwit like tasker who supports vague theories, which he bends based based on his biases, is paranoid of the government, thinks police are murderous tools of the state, is easily frustrated, and has a gun fetish...has access to guns. Is that enough to arrest him? Should it be?

I guess with Charles there's always a chance he breaks off a big one, if not for TD at least get them in FG range. I'm sure no ones expecting fumble return for 6.

here's my take, other than Trump or Paul I'd throw the rest of them out. Rubio is totally FOS and just says stuff matter-of-factly that are completely false like gun control won't stop gun violence, or cutting carbon ommisions won't stop global warming. Fiorina talks up stuff like rebuilding the military (as it if needs it since we still spend more than the rest of the world combined). And she offers no plan for how a country that's almost $20 trillion in debt can afford it. Cruz is just scary ... paranoid, militant, creepy, uninformed, incompetent Jeb, Hucklebee, and the rest are pretty much old white dudes trying to hang on to an audience they decreasingly connect with. You can tell their stale jokes about their wives may work at the country club, which isnt where most voters hang out. Trump I like that he's a successful businessman and delegater. His style will be most close to Reagan's. He's a lot more fair, practical and informed than most up there, and certainly more than he credits for. But it's revealed in sublter ways many won't pick up on like saying he will make friends with Putin and work things out, while the rest are too busy totally demonizing him. He also said the Kurds are getting a raw deal, and they most certainly are .... gassed by Saddam when US was his buddy, attacked by ISIS, and then Turkey too after they had success repelling ISIS. How many others up there have enough humanity to even consider the plight of the Kurds? Paul's overall philosiphy of non-intervention and individual freedom has the most appeal. And on the constitution he's the most informed. Just don't think there's much chance he makes it thru the primaries with all war mongering big money donors supporting that party.

yeah backwards it looks

That's just sad. Guy had so much talent. IMO even the best case state of his hand will greatly effect his career. Need those fingers to help push off blockers , and grip and tackle runners. Has there ever been a good lineman who played with missing fingers?

All the post debate polls ive seen have trump winning handily http://time.com/4037510/poll-second-republican-presidential-debate/ http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/politics/2015/09/republican_presidential_debate_who_won_vote_in_our_poll.html http://fox5sandiego.com/2015/09/16/poll-who-do-you-think-won-the-cnn-gop-debate/ http://www.620wtmj.com/news/local/Poll-Who-won-the-second-GOP-debate-327963141.html http://www.thestreet.com/story/13291508/1/gop-debate-poll-was-donald-trump-the-winner-again.html

For those who missed it, I'll summarize the key reason each candidate wants your vote: Huckabee = I'm a preacher Cruz = I'm an apocolyptical maniac Rubio = I'm Cuban and so were my grandparents Christie = My state was close to 9/11 Bush = I'll make excuses for brother George no matter what it costs me Fioriana = I'm angry and frown a lot Carson = I have nothing to add but at least I don't shout Trump = I'm polling better than you so shut up Paul = I'm a bookworm John Kasich = Christians and Jews need only apply Scott Walker = In my limited time I will discuss details on issues no one cares about

Fiorina tries to balance out the angry white men by being an angry white woman...lol
