One good thing it looks like a lot of teams with the worst records so far have QBs on the roster who are supposed to be their franchise and are under guaranteed portion of big contracts or wouldnt want to send the signal they're moving on for fear of the unknown.

Keep.in mind this is a supposed man of science saying things like this....the standards are higher, not some useless turd like tasker. Climate change Carson rejects the scientific consensus that human activity causes climate change Evolution Carson's views on evolution and creationism have been controversial.[64] In a 2006 debate, Carson stated: "I don't believe in evolution Education In an October 2015 interview, Carson stated: "I actually have something I would use the Department of Education to do. It would be to monitor our institutions of higher education for extreme political bias and deny federal funding on that basis."[77][78] On the AP U.S. History curriculum, Carson said it overemphasizes wrongdoing by the United States: "I think most people, when they finish that course, theyd be ready to go sign up for ISIS." Gun control Carson stated in 2013 that semi-automatic firearms should be better regulated in large cities and high-crime areas.[81] This statement attracted criticism from conservative opponents of gun control. Carson has declined to backtrack from that view, but also says he is strongly in favor of the Second Amendment and that while guns being used on innocent people "is horrible", it is not nearly as horrible as having a population that is defenseless against a group of tyrants who have arms" Marijuana and drug policy On the legalization of recreational marijuana in Colorado, Carson said "I don't think this is something that we really want for our society. You know, were gradually just removing all the barriers to hedonistic activity and you know, its just, were changing so rapidly to a different type of society and nobody is getting a chance to discuss it because, you know, its taboo". Marriage and homosexuality In March 2013, Carson described his views about same-sex marriage on Hannity, saying: "Marriage is between a man and a woman. No group, be they gays, be they NAMBLA, be they people who believe in bestiality, it doesn't matter what they are. They don't get to change the definition." https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_Carson

And some of them are inexcusable like that one, especially for professionals -
Not talking about his view on abortion. I can understand the differences there, its a difficult issue. It's nearly all the rest of his nonsense I'm referring to

Hope they can overcome that. Win the next game and take back the HF advantage would be one nice way

Joe B's All-22 Film Review of Bills @ Jaguars
truth on hold replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like Joe B and appreciate the work he puts into it, but this time he was too hard on EJ. Sans the series of 3 horrible possessions, he was hitting guys stride often and making correct reads including the TDs to Wood and Easley. Hogan and Clay also dropped passes that hit them in #'s. -
Sounds like a hoax. Bet he didn't post that

It's making the repubes look even more foolish that someone with extremists views and no track is leading in Iowa.

I guess that's how he got so open. Just one bad break after another on their final series -
Final TD hold against Hughes

nah not really, would have been ticky tack (yes, the PI on Robey was complete crap, but that doesn't make that holding either) My question, who was the Bills defender that looked gimpy trying to get to the receiver? -
Salary cap, o-line, Gilmore looming for 2016
truth on hold replied to BarleyNY's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
For the most part that group as a whole have roster spots, so again it's not a $1 for $1 free up of cap space releasing them. And some like Lawson and urbik really need to be upgraded, which could cost even more. Of the big contract guys, no one is trading for McCoy, Hughes or Clay, and we aren't trading Dareus , so there's no relief there. Only realistic way out of the box is having a stellar draft with a lot of high quality starters, and given this teams history I'm not holding my breath (although last year w/o a first we did okay) I agree with poster who said we shot our wad (my paraphrase) in 2015 FA signings and extensions, which was unwise given a new coach really needs 2 years of personnel moves to get the players he wants for his system -
Back to back must-win games when we'rd back IMO against dolphins and jets. Miami at home I can see us winning, jets on road will be tough. Although Rex over the years had Fitz figured out. Win those 2 games, gives us winning record overall, 5-3 in conference (forget division, thats over), and head to head on 2 more potential wild card candidates. It would be a decent position to be in

And their replacements will need money too. All those guys have roster spots, releasing them is not a $1 for $1 benefit -
Phantom call on Robey =Royally Screwed in England

They're paid not to throw flags for flops and WR protests. If not theyd throw flags every pass play -

in a heart beat, throw in a high round draft pick too .... zero chance raiders bite on it. Theyve already been thru their Russell - Heyward-Bey flopper dopper

Provided it doesn't cost us a spot, I'd like to see them make the playoffs. Franchise has been down so long they deserve something positive. Also like to see it for Khalil mack

Phantom call on Robey =Royally Screwed in England
truth on hold replied to Bocephuz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I saw that too, Bradley was going batshit on the sidelines and when the flag came out started celebrating. He was right on top of the play. Really a piss poor showing IMO as there was no foul. What was he celebrating? An awful call? -
Carr last year and Amari Cooper this year has worked out for them. Same pattern we tried with EJ then Watkins the next year which thus far really hasn't
