  1. I'll be shocked if they inspire awe.
  2. Tiki's a twerp no matter so I'm not making excuses, but darn the intern he left his wife for was quite a temptress. http://www.nydailynews.com/img/2010/04/08/450x364-alg_barber_johnson.jpg http://www.nypost.com/rw/nypost/2010/08/26/pagesix/photos_stories/cropped/tiki_traci_wireimage--300x300.jpg
  3. Looked like a girl peeing lol But seriously Kelly reminds me of Brady in that game. Did best out of shotgun, saw the whole field, did just as well with the underneath passes as the deep routes, not fast but nimble and smart enough to know how to stay upright and turn probable sacks into positive yardage scrambles. I wonder how much bellicheks offensive philosophy was influenced by the Kgun. After all he was the DC for giants that year in the super bowl.
  4. I was thinking that too. Then it all went downhill from there lol. I remember NBC announcer Bill Walsh before the game went thru all the keys and graded Bills superior across the board. Then curiously took Raiders anyway lol. Comeback against the Oilers, although record setting, really wasn't all that interesting. After Moon starting throwing picks and Reed was clicking in the slot, the conclusion was foretold even when Bills were down by multiple scores.
  5. +, props to them for taking a fashion risk and having some fun with it
  6. On defense stop the run and create turnovers. KC will have a hard time beating anyone with their passing game. Our offense will have a slow start, even if they get their act together later. Winning early games will all be on the defense. I don't even bother having keys for the offense at this point, with a shoddy Oline, unproven #2 WR and #2 RB, why bother asking for what they can't deliver. Scoring points will come off turnovers
  7. I think you're right, and Foxman is nothing but a political opportunist. But my point is Tiki is a twerp, this thread gave me the opportunity to point that out lol
  8. Tiki let his play with the Giants go to his head. He acted very immaturely. I don't think anyone ever saw him as much more than a system guy, but he thought he was being held in the same class as HOF'ers like Faulk and Tomlinson. He kept yapping about how he was retiring early, to the point it sounded like bragging. This blew up in his face when Giants won the Super Bowl the year after left. Then he thought a brilliant career in broadcasting awaited because yet again he over estimated the degree to which people liked him. Then all he did was burn whatever bridges he had left by incessantly saying "my sources tell me Tom Coughlin has lost control over the Giants locker room." Truth is Coughlin saved him from being cut out of the league by teaching how to overcome his epic fumbling problem, and he repaid him by trying to undermine him in the media? Low point came when he was publicly chewed out by the normally mild mannered Eli Manning. Truth is he has no one to blame but himself for his problems.
  9. Had nothing to do with showing bills up. Jets are focused on pats. I wish we mattered enough that high profile teams would even bother trying to stick us.
  10. Looks like he has a body builder's make up with super low body fat and small joints. http://trialx.com/curetalk/wp-content/blogs.dir/7/files/2011/07/sports/Aaron_Maybin-2.jpg Definitely a bit of a misfit for football. No way could he ever play end like they originally drafted him for. Either situational pass rusher and/or special teams. I think he'll always be too big though for SS
  11. That he even made the jets initial 53 man roster and had a good preseason says something. Odds are some other team picks him up.
  12. I think you have it on the wrong side of the falls!
  13. By far most disappointed with brown cut because it has broader implications for galleys character and fairness. Tells me he plays favorites with "his" guys to the detriment of the team.
  14. Makes sense on Palmer. Complete waste bungholes wouldn't trade him earlier. Hurts them and keeps a guy who wants to play at home. Very selfish on their part. If they come to their senses i could see fins making an offer as they are probably getting nervous with Henne as the season is on us
  15. Don't know about Cook but hey any chance Jills could pick up that calendar cover girl on the right? (hit refresh if she's not there.)
  16. Well did my boy make it?
  17. Is that official for levi?
  18. Buddy nix and chan gailey were too intrigued by Tyler thigpen's stupid sounding southern name to actually grade him in the games
  19. I guess they gave corner all that time hoping he'd impress them enough to cut McGee and save some money but didn't happen
  20. So much for the McGee cut rumor. Also sorry to see you go Levi. You blew the doors of thigpen. I hope you find success elsewhere. Minorly disappointed caussin is gone too.
  21. An at the time linebacker starved team would have passed on von miller? Have to call BS on this one
  22. Why shouldn't white make it? Contributed more than spiller.
  23. Caussin runs disciplined routes, finds holes in coverage, stays upright, presents a good target and has sure hands ... why cut him from a position we're lacking?
  24. I like caussin. Hopefully not cut
  25. My greatest fear in Bills announcing late is Gailey is working on the wording of how he could possibly go with a journeyman QB who looked horrible in presason, versus a 2nd year guy who's shown nothing but an ability to learn, a full tool box and performance on the field.
