  1. Any chance they can roll fitz to right away from the pressure? Or is that too Much to ask? Or a screen to the weak side?
  2. Classic mckelvin. Run stride for stride with the WR but fail to get his hands up and knock the balk down. Not like McGee was any better on previous play. Teams Must Be game planning to take advantage of them
  3. Wow. Our corners stink
  4. Depends how you score: total punches landed goes to Pac. Quality of punches landed goes to Vasquez
  5. Whenever I hear Firth of Fifth from Genesis (which isn't often) it stays in my head for days. The "haunting" part is first introduced at 3:30, and picked up again by the guitar solo that starts at 5:45.
  6. Conversely I actually think it's better for bills to get out of he Ralph for a few. They have bad vibes there from last week. Let them get on the road and out of the limelight as underdogs. Gailey & co got a stern wake up call last week they need to introduce some new looks and wrinkles to the offense. Team as a whole knows it needs to man up and win on the road as the Ralph isn't the safe haven they thought
  7. That's what the flu is like. Feel so awful one day but when it turns around in a day or two you feel extra juiced
  8. Why in the world are so many of you treating them like some kind of force ? They have a single victory over a team with .500 or better, way back in wk2 against 9ers. They'd be underdogs if they played today. I'm not saying take them lightly, never would about anyone, but let's not put them a 4&4 team with their track record on some kind of pedestal.
  9. 2 & 2 last four. 2 & 3 in last 5. We've been on a win lose win lose win lose ... pattern since pats. Let's hope it continues for one more week!
  10. I see bills bounce back with a strong performance on offense. Fred is clicking which neutralizes ware, giving fitz ample time to utilize Stevie, Nelson and Chandler, and jones in his second game back. Bills take an early lead behind a power running attack on their first couple possessions, takes cowboys out of run game and the predictability keeps romo in check. Bills 34, boys 24
  11. That's true and also applies to jets and pats. KC is a team I could see beating ether one yet everyone keeps chalking up an easy win.
  12. From what I know bills and price couldn't agree on a contract. Bills franchised him to increase their trade leverage. He went to ATL for a 1st round pick. I think it wa understood bills wouldn't give him a long term contract so yes I'd consider this an example of not paying one of your FAs.
  13. Good sign for those wanting pats win. Espn analysts favoring jets http://wdigespmms.vo.llnwd.net/kip0/_pxn=1+_pxI0=Ripod-h264:Xi+_pxL0=undefined+_pxM0=+_pxK=18203/espnvideo/2011/1111/dm_111111_nfl_field_pass_pats_jets.mp4?t=/ad/nfl/sportscenter/&_kip_vmt=1321030189105
  14. It's really Sanchez that bothers me. Brady I root against because he's the opposition, but as a football fan i must acknowledge respect for him. He's one of the best I've ever seen. Great arm, great vision, decisive, great leader who's thrived throughout many personel changes on offense Sanchez otoh has been gifted a good situation. I don't like his style of play nor his attitude. None of the attributes on Brady apply
  15. After seeing last week's performance i would think most of the national media would reach the same conclusion
  16. But you can't really let the big name coaches off the hook for not making the right moves at QB. A lot of times they have explicit personel responsibility.
  17. 10-6 in a typical season usually has a good shot at WC even if you lose games within your division. Packers were 10&6 WC last year. Problem this year however is how well top 3 teams in afc north are playing. In game not against each other, bengals, raven and steelers are a combined 15 & 5. Its possible they pretty much split amongst themselves and if they continue to dominate outside that they get both wildcards. In head to head instances they own tie breaker vs top 3 from afc east: bengals over bills, ravens over jets and steelers over pats. What we need is one of these teams to fall off a cliff. Bengals are least proven and face a brutal schedule with 2 each against ravens and steelers and one against texans. In that they have head to head over bills it's best if they're the team that drops out. Or conversely win their division. What we don't want is them competing against us for WC.
  18. Great movie. Jeff Beck was the visual model for tufnel http://images.radcity.net/5162/3598436.jpg
  19. This seems the opposite to me: "Ralph Wilson doesn't have a problem spending money on high priced free agents. He also doesn't mind playing(sic) his current players to keep them in Buffalo. The biggest criticism on Wilson is his apparent inability to spend money on a decent and veteran coach." Maybe this was true in the Jauron-era, but it's my understanding he was willing to pay Cowher or Shanahan as much as they'd get anywhere else. Neither wanted to go to Buffalo (Cowher not surprising, Shanahan thankfully.) Over the years Bills have had some higher profile coaches like Saban, Knox, Levy and Phillips, and gave touted up and comers like Williams and Mularkey a chance. At the same time, Bills are well under the cap and have a history of letting higher profile FA's leave over money ... Peters, Winfield, WIlliams, Clements, Price, Jennings, Fletcher, Washington, Whitner, Poz, etc Article
  20. Pats, we beat them and lost to Jets. We need help taking Jets out, our chances are better against Pats
  21. Would you say this song captures what Fred means to you? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrOdxw5CHX8&feature=related
  22. I'm just saying. If it makes you feel any better i think he comes back with a strong game against cowgirls this week
  23. Unfortunately Freddie got rocked a couple times too
  24. That's really pretty rude to the guy. Youd think the CBA would have some kind of protection against it. Like you have to keep the guy a minimum 4 weeks even if it's relegated to the practice squad.
  25. That's true williams hasnt been a factor all season, ir just makes it official. but for cowboys he didn't mention demarco Murray either. Guys been an absolute beast taking over for an injured jones in last 3 games. Something like 450 yards. How are bills going to do against a big physical back like that? I know he's a rookie and it's too early to say he's the real deal but this could be a real problem for us. Benson and bradshaw were physical runners that both hurt us on the road
