  1. Fair enough, not randy moss in his prime deep, but Lloyd is deeper than anyhing they had last year
  2. Revis 10, AJ green 9, Patrick Peterson 10 ... So scores in that range don't bother me at all. 4 does take a little 'splaining to do. good news he may drop to us now, assuming we take him and the wonderlic had no bearing on his NfFL performance
  3. Maybe not explicitly the giants but like any team that comes up short they have be asking themselves what do they need to get over the hurdle. Glaring problems are an immobile QB and lack of deep threat. I think their off season moves are perfectly reflective of trying to improve on those weaknesses.
  4. He looks fairly content, almost happy, in the first set. The second looks a lot more like a mug shot should. Perhaps more interesting he looks a lot younger and healthier than Payton manning, the guy he'll always be compared. Makes you wonder about the toll NFL takes on a body, worse than drugs and poverty
  5. If we can force them to keep more blockers in the backfield and fewer receiving options in the secondary, that's a win for us right there.
  6. I looked around today trying to find some, but to no avail. Very rare. Then i read online the amount sold every year is about 10x amount actually produced, meaning your odds of getting the fake stuff is 90%. Lol how they fake it could be even more distrurbing. I won't bother looking anymore, odds too high of getting ripped off and it seems overhyped anyway. Heck even Oprah did a segment on it, big red flag there.
  7. Have to admit from reviews describing it as a natural caramel/chocolate taste I'm interested in trying the coffee. Be funny (I think) to serve it to friends saying its the most expensive coffee in the world. Then if they love it, "spilling the beans" how it's made and seeing their reaction
  8. Wasn't that limbaughs controlled substance of choice ?
  9. How can they re-up Wood with his injury history?
  10. How about coffee from animal poo? Big hit in Jets country http://articles.nydailynews.com/2010-07-27/local/27070920_1_kopi-luwak-civet-coffee-berries
  11. I was delighted when league was set Payroll minimuns. I think they were sending a message no cash-flow only owners who don't care about a teams competitiveness, which I think Ralph has been guilty of, especially more recently. basically the message was make an honest attempt to field a competitive team or get out.
  12. Didn't the new CBA specify minimum payroll with 2 or 3 year phase in? Anyone know what it is? I suspect that has as much to do with our recent spending spree as anything.
  13. Yeah, By all accounts last season was peters best with Eegs and they missed the playoffs!
  14. Before the recent signings of Williams, Stevie and anderson we must have been near the top.
  15. Wow that's terrible. That's why I'm anti-exercise !
  16. I agree none of the projected players sound worthy of a 10. But if you look historically 10 may not be as juicy as it sounds. IMO last year for example the really big names were off the board at 5 when cards drafted Peterson. 2nd best WR jones went 6th. 10 was gabbert who was a so-so NFL prospect. Unless we trade up (which I highly doubt) only way I see one of the real marquees falling to us this year is browns and Miami both reaching for QBs. Add in another unexpected reach and our 10 becomes more like a 7th and maybe a Claiborne is on the board. Otherwise I see us going with Floyd, yeah it's anywhere from 7-10 spots too high, but everyone else will see it similarly and no one will trade up to get our 10th.
  17. Your criticism of Floyd applies to a lot of big WRs including Plax, coulstom and v Jackson. They make catches by winning physical matchups. The guys who have the potential to get measurable separation are smaller speed guys like lee Evans in his prime and DeSean Jackson
  18. Only 25, back to back 1,000+ yard seasons and yet you're setting limits on him? Wow
  19. Revis doesn't get help. That's why they call it "Revis island"
  20. And if not for the drop where he had clearly beaten Beavis, he goes well over 100 with 2 TDs.
  21. Numbers don't lie. SJ put up the best against him
  22. He seems a little mercurial at times, but with the other guys he'll be lined up with, it will create major match up problems for the Oline. I'm more concerned with the effect of a contract that size on a defensive player. Haynesworth lost his desire but Peppers didn't. You just never know. Wagers on sacks I don't think they'll care. After all guys have performance clauses that reflect individual stats. It's getting money with intent to injure like the Aints did that they're rightfully looking to stamp out.
