Brian Billicks "How to draft a QB"

Emmitt Smith's Guide to Grammar and Public Speaking -
I do recall them running it effectively in those situations. You have relative stats to prove otherwise ? And if so that's primarily on the center from an oline perspective,, so you saying wood sucks too? Or could it have been defenses lack of fear of arm strength for sideline outs, allowing them to stack the box completely? As for spiller the guy had proven nothing and was being labelled a bust by many almost 2 seasons into his nfl career. Doesn't matter where you're drafted.

Always though the quick release had something to do with fitz being inaccurate and weak on deep throws. That line wasnt so bad last year, IMO they get wayyyyyyy too muh blame for everything. We had a strong running game throughout the year with different starting RBs. If they can run block they can pass block some too

Casserly: Buffalo picks Tannehill

Yeah and I forgot to mention extremely mobile too. With that said sounds like can newton too ... Guy whose physical attributes are impeccable but issue is lack of games played. -

I could pick apart your post but I'll just concede there's another side. But unless you're a relative I dont see how anyone can unconditionally say fitz is the guy, no question. So what happens if the doubters are right and it's more of the same from him next year and bills have another losing season? Then where are we without a credible backup in the pipeline? It's a huge risk for this team putting it all on fitz ... You only go "naked" on a backup if you know for sure you already have an elite QB. -

Bills were 6 up, 10 down giving him the ball last year. Guy lead the league in picks. How is sticking with him a "win now" mentality? -

6'4", 225, strong arm can make all the throws, smart guy, leadership qualities, weaknesses seem coachable .... If he's there at 10 expect him in a bills Uni in 2012. -

Don't see us trading up for him partly because anyone we're trying to leap frog can offer better picks. But I can see if he falls to 10 it will be extremely temping for bill to take him. I'll say it again, we don't have a credible alternative to fitz and fitz own credibility is in question. Parking him for 2012 behind fitz is something in sure nix and gailey would relish. -

I could see it. These guys have nothing behind fitz and they do like developing QBs. I also don't believe they're totally sold on fitz. -
7 games w/o pay. I thought it was going to be 12, minimum 10. NBA needs to get their act together.

Predict Bills Draft by Position
truth on hold replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They have to make a sacrifice somewhere, can't get everything on their wish list. I figure with the amount they've invested in the front 7 recently and switch to 4-3 requirimg one less LB on the field, LB wont receive a lot of attention in the draft. If you beef up the line and secondary, you'll get Better play out of existing LBs anyway. -
Revis won't rule out another hold out
truth on hold replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lol like the way he "respected" the game by repeatedly dumping water on a reporters head after one of the greatest post season comebacks in MLB history. This occurred while with the Braves, a team he played for after the Yankees -
Revis won't rule out another hold out

Lol who'd want him? I say the market for him is a 5th round pick or worse,, which shows what the league thinks of him after 3 years in the NFL -
Revis won't rule out another hold out

Dont you think there are outliers who are far More aggressive trying to get every last penny for their services, more willing to split on their team and enter into holdouts? -
Revis won't rule out another hold out
truth on hold replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeap and hopefully like Deion he flies the coop on them That's too general a characterization. There are lots of guys who take pay cuts to stay with a team and also guys who retire rather than opt for playing somewhere else. With Deion and now Revis the sense of not being connected to the team may be greater because theyre always stuck in single coverage anyway. -

He always Struck me as a pure hired gun mentality. Thinks he's the best, unique, different and a lone wolf. The uniform means nada to him, it's simply who's giving up the most Benjamins at any point in time. -

Two years after a contentious holdout between Darrelle Revis and the Jets, the two sides look to be headed for Round 2. Revis, appearing at a charity function in Manhattan last night, said he is unsure whether he will hold out of training camp this summer in hopes of renegotiating his deal. ”I just don’t know,” Revis said before being honored by the Big Brothers Big Sisters NYC. “I’m not saying I am going to hold out. I’m not saying I’m not going to hold out. I just don’t know. Right now my focus is being on the team.” http://m.nypost.com/p/sports/jets/island_vacation_XvzHN2TvBlK7EcCi2rWBLM -
How cool would that be? Lol @ jets

I wonder if something like that explains some of the idiotic game decisions made by jauron

Btw at 6'7" 260 and with his violent attitude he has makings for a heck of a pass rushing specialist or tight end. Just saying

Here's my forecast: 1: DB, they'll realize of the available players this is the only position worthy of 10th overall 2: WR, they want a guy projected to start day 1, rather than another project. Can't go any later than rd 2 in that case. 3: OT, theyre committed to taking one high which all but dictates OT no later than this spot. 4a: QB, have shown Interest in finding the potential future after Fitz. Can't go any later than here and expect to find anyone. Even here is too late IMO 4b: TE, need developmental prospect behind chandler. Especially since the league is starting to appreciate them again. 5a: G, will keep adding depth to the Oline, even though on paper G is not a position of need, Levitre has shown hes capable of playing OT if needed, creating a need to back him up 5b: DB, in continued prep for near term loss of all 3 starters from last year (mckelvin, McGee and Florence) 6, OLB/DE, take a flyer on a very raw player with great athletic ability who's fallen this far because the league can't figure out an obvious way to use him ("too big for OLB, too small for DE" tag) 7. RB, not an area of immediate need but can usually find a guy out here who looks capable of competing in camp and at least making the PS for depth

Artest posted it was unintentional. Have no idea after watching the video how he couldn't have known harden was there nor why he chose to throw a head level flying elbow. He's one of these scorpion dudes: no matter how sincere he comes across about cleaning up his act at the end of the day this crap is simply in his nature.

Patriots Enternaining Trade Offers.....

Too bad we didn't trade for Brady when he was backing up Bledsoe!
