  1. Yeah because its a given he lights it up on the road this w/e. But if that one in a million happens and he underperforms in a loss that devestates our WC prospects, then watch what happens here.
  2. Because you expect a 20 year old kid to have it all together every time? Good coaches and teams help them along. Newton had more baggage coming out of college than JF, now he's on the short list for MVP.
  3. Pettine is terrible, really just a horrible coach. I can't imagine anyone thriving in that environment. Another reason to give JF a shot on a different team.
  4. Aaron, now Kyle, Mario out with foot injury, Karlos was in concussion protocol....Duke has to be feeling a bit nervous these days.
  5. Probably just a wrong entry. Wonder what that POS did for a living? Haven't heard anything about what colleagues (current or ex), said about him.
  6. I still say moorman was never the same after the hit Taylor laid on him at the pro bowl.
  7. Unless it's specified as a factor, who even keeps track of such things? UC Santa Barbara, Colorado theatre, va. Beach, etc etc....do you know the shooter's religion? Or if they even had one? Wow....
  8. So they had the same won loss percentage but beat giants head to head (actually whipped them pretty good 27-7). Btw this is more about doubts about giants and overall weakness of that division, than defending eagles as a good team, when clearly they're not. I'm just pointing out all these "they're done" and "chip's outta there" conclusions are premature. Theyre still alive. It's certainly possible a team like giants goes on an extended losing streak too.
  9. Didn't they have a winning record with Bradford? Isn't he coming back ?
  10. No basis to assume anything positive about how a .500 team like giants fares the rest of the way (or bills for that matter). Even if giants win Sunday, all eagles would have to do is make up one game on them in weeks 13-16, and then win week 17 to take the division since theyd end up sweeping them. I wish we were in same position in our division
  11. Sadly it looks like another recent thread may have an example of that variety too
  12. Slain officer with his family. What a shame.
  13. Putin and erdogan talking it over at the climate summit
  14. I still think there's a decent chance if they win in week 17 against giants they will win the division.
  15. I'm not ready to definitively ascribe a motive either, but I'm a sure a Muslim guy, from iran, shooting just about anywhere in America and, with no further info, you'd have already posted several links concluding it was jihad. Yet a white guy, from bible belt, shooting ON THE PROPERTY OF the planned parenthood center and you're on the side of not jumping to conclusion, blaming the media, and posting articles that contradict official reports.
  16. He's shown better pocket capability than Taylor.
  17. Israeli settler violence Israeli settler violence' refers to acts of violence committed by Jewish Israeli settlers and their supporters against Palestinians andIsraeli security forces, predominantly in the West Bank. Although the majority of settlers do not engage in violence,[3] there has been a rise in violent acts by extremists against Palestinians, non-Jews, Israel Police and IDF troops in the early twenty-first century.[4] In 2007 Israeli prosecutors determined that of 515 criminal suits relating to violent activity committed by Israeli settlers against Palestinians and Israeli security forces, 502 were related to right wing Jewish settlers in the Occupied Territories.[5][6] In 2008, the senior Israeli commander in the West Bank said that a hard core of a few hundred activists were involved in violence against the Palestinians and Israeli soldiers.[7] Some prominent Jewish religious figures living in the occupied territories, as well as Israeli government officials, have condemned and expressed outrage over such behavior,[8] while religious justifications for settler killings have also been given.[9] While Israeli media claims the defense establishment began taking a harder line against unruly settlers starting in 2008, [4] an EU heads of mission report found that settler violence had more than tripled in the three years up to 2011.[10]United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) figures state that the annual rate of settler attacks (2,100 attacks in 8 years) has almost quadrupled between 2006 and 2014.[11] Palestinian police are forbidden from reacting to acts of violence by Israeli settlers, a fact which diminishes their credibility among Palestinians.[12] UN figures from 2011 showed that 90% of complaints filed against settlers by Palestinians with the Israeli police never led to indictment.[3] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli_settler_violence#Settler_extremism
  18. I know that upsets you because you want to push the narrative that only one of the books has inflammatory language that expires extremism, but the truth is they all do
  19. A google dollars is what we paid in FA signings and extensions this year
  20. Sucks. Was thinking same thing. Too bad he had to get arrested drunk and blowing chunks out his car window in early morning hours. I think it was in tonawanda
  21. Why not? We don't throw to the guy anyway. Be a good tact on opposing D's part to not put their top DBs on him.
  22. Who says roman will even be here next year.
  23. Kaep over brees with the much more favorable contract. Kaep definitely deserves another shot some where else. He took 9ers deeper in playoffs than brees took chargers. I thouhnt i was seeing progress on his reads and pocket presence.
  24. No room.for $30mil bud, gotta pay all the FAs we.signed this year
