  1. no defense is going to hold up physically and mentally forever. Wheres the hope or incentive for them with the stupid ass play calls, turnovers and highly limited QB?
  2. right because stupid play calls, turnovers, series of quick 3 and outs, lack of hope on offense has no effect on a defense .... theyre supposed to be shut down no matter what the offense is doing. 3 points is enough to win games if your defense holds the offense to no points. I agree this is all on defense, we can win with fitz if defense would only be 100% shut down!!!!
  3. me too, my comment clearly applied to the decision makers. that said, dont be shocked if thigpen gets the ball soon.. gailey is going down and flailing, starting to blame players
  4. they see what everyone else does. but they paid him a ton of money and benching him will be admitting they failed, they dont want to do that
  5. You quit on ccoaches that put you in position to fail. It happened with jauron. It's happening with gailey.
  6. Its a given Fitz limitations. During the game you play the hand you're dealt not the one you wish you had. Terrible play calls on a pair of 3rd and shorts. Terrible decision to throw twice when we should have run it out at end of half. Its on the coaching. Period.
  7. Don't need a comllete overhaul of players. There's a lot of talent. We need a qb and a linebacker. But we need a new HC and one that understands we don't need a complete overhaul.
  8. Side note: man did RG3 get walloped today. He won't last like that
  9. Terrible throw by fitz. Just terrible. Never seen a team consistently kill its own chances like this one. Should be a lot closer than scoreboard. Its really disheartening what's going on with this team
  10. People will blame the D and fits or whatever. But gaileys really the problem. You're playing a team on the road. You're very much in it and this idiot keeps calling pass on 3rd and short and when we should have been running clock out. I'm so sick of HC's that have no freaking judgement and put their players in a position to fail.
  11. The man simply shouldn't be a head coach. Lacks judgement and management ability. He should be an OC. In giants terms he's Kevin gilbride trying to be tom coughlin.
  12. Chan puts players in position to fail. Like spiller on 1st and goal up the middle last week. Asking fitz to throw deep when we know that's his weakness, when we should be running it out at the end.
  13. Gailey is flat out clueless. He's good for about 3-5 calls per game that leave scratching your head and aes absolutely decisive.
  14. That SOB gailey. Calls pass on a pair of critical 3rd and 2's. Calls 2 passes when we need to run clock out and be thankful we're only down one score.
  15. Defense NEEDS to create a turnover
  16. These 3rd and 2 calls are killing us.
  17. Aaron Williams is the bad draft pick no one talks about. Really looks lost in man
  18. I actually think fitz is having a good game so far. Ovethrow to johnson looked like Johnson slowed down prematurely. Throw behind Jones it was place to put it given where the defenders were. Id question more the call on 3rd and 2
  19. That was nasty. Fortunately he didn't get injured.
  20. Had that sick feeling the only way we score is if he takes it to the house.
  21. Reality he should be no higher than 31. To put him ahead of 2 rookies with their unknown but much higher potential is flawed. Unless theyre being called busts which of course 4 gsmes into their careers way way too early. Neither browns nor sea turtles would be interested in a straight up trade for Fitz. The only potential qb that could keep him out last place is Cassel. Its a coin toss between them. And when you're that low it likely means there are backups better. Some that come to mind jason Campbell , colt McCoy, Skelton, girard, matt Flynn, tebow, hasselback, Orton
  22. That's right. Brees had an opportunity to fill that leadership vacuum. And instead "Mr good guy team player" manipulated and gouged for every last penny of his almighty's demands.
  23. Exactly acts like it was all about him and nothing else. No mention of coach payton, nor the team and leagues commitment to elevating that franchise post-Katrina. Like he rode in on a white horse on his own. Well if he's such a lone ranger why is that chargers, a team widely acknowledged as most talented in the league, fizzled with him at the helm.
