  1. Would have been 1&1/2th behind colts if not for lions being the worst team at holding a 4th qtr lead I've ever seen. Like clockwork they gave up a game losing score as time ran out.
  2. Who plays center if wood is out ?
  3. Probably giants because they're 2nd most legit NY team and I've lived in NYC when they won 2 SB's, or steelers because they're not that far away, have usually had a good team and a style that's easy to relate to.
  4. How is it rams have 9ers number ? tied them in SF , beat them in STL. Curious what does a weak team like rams do to match up well with a powerhouse like 9ers?
  5. What a horrible predicament to leave that 3 month old baby in.
  6. Based on nothing other than feel, I was thinking 3rd with conditional 4th. Its not like Aaron Rodgers is coming on the market. Smith will have been shunned by 9ers 2x now. No one stepped up big for him in the latest off season when he shopping himself around. IMO 2nd is clearly too high for him
  7. Smith is better than fitz but question is how much . of pro QBs that could be available I'd want Flynn from Seattle , more potential upside. I'd be curious though what 9ers would take for smith
  8. Looks like Smith could be available. Harbaugh (not surprisingly) announced Kap is starting. Smith said "... this sucks ..." Two times now they've dissed him, first time in off season when the pursued Manning.
  9. For some reason the dancer babe to his immediate right @ 1:40 is my favorite of the whole video. Maybe because she looks like someone I knew and wanted to know better
  10. A) he's not the definitive word on anything (no one is 100% accurate forecasting talent), B) he said he hasn't reviewed all the tape and guys can emerge before the draft. Give it a rest man, haven't even had the bowl games or combine yet
  11. I think you can pretty much count on it. With how vital they are in the modern era, and how inexpensive with the new rookie cap, drafting QBs high makes more sense than ever
  12. Thanks this is topical for the Bills and helpful for someone like me that doesnt get to watch much college. The one name not on your list that Im interested in from the write-ups is Landry Jones. The consensus is that he has an incredibly strong arm and can make all the throws, but he needs to make better decisions under pressure. He also has the ideal size at 6'4"230. I dont want a guy with physical limitations, the other stuff is coachable. But you cant coach "strong arm", "make all the throws" and "6'4" 230". Throw he makes @ 1:05 is big time and extends plays/wins games in the NFL:
  13. Troupe too the year before. Taken a spot ahead of gronk
  14. We're 3 games past midsession and essentially out of the playoffs barring a miracle. He should say given our record and struggles they're reviewing everything and he won't commit to anything
  15. Exactly why Gailey should be the coach of the bills past.
  16. Not anymore. Bleacher used to be the national enquirer of sports but they've gotten a lot better. This is a very provocative article. I may not follow all the throwing mechanics stuff , but I wholly agree bills have good WRs that can get deep. And the QB is holding them back.
  17. Frank gore, Patrick Willis, Joe Staley, Aldon smith, Carlos rogers, Justin smith, David akers. Plenty of other Guys right behind them like crab tree, manningham, Vernon Davis, goldson, bowman, brooks .... That team is stacked!
  18. But he loves using backs as multi-use weapons. I see the offense clearly centered around Spiller as a pass catching RB
  19. Funny isn't it. I heard an analyst the other day say green is the best WR in the league already. Which sounded a little far fetched. But then I went thru the list and only one I could see a case for better was Megatron. No matter if green's 2nd or 1st thats a heck of an accomplishment as a 2nd yr pro.
  20. Yeah. Obviously his latest construct for the team didn't work out but he's been pretty successful in a tough division before that. I wonder if this year he's mentally out of it due to his sons death too.
  21. I don't know why boards even matter. If all a GM does is look at boards to make selections he's not adding value. And would end up making epic fail picks like leaf, russell and mandarich
  22. Did they really fall for this ? Btw couldn't help but notice link to what may be sexiest woman alive! http://english.people.com.cn/90882/8035456.html
  23. offense would be a lot better IMO. hard to tell on defense because it's unknown what we would have done in FA, we had a lot of cap space to invest and it still would likely have gone somewhere
  24. I liked his game. Think maybe he was just too small to be used as on every down guy like Eagles were. I think he's better than Mark Anderson, who I was never sold on. That said, I wonder at his age 32 if theres a health/injury concern thats not being disclosed that led to eagles releasing him.
