  1. And often makes the wrong read of those too
  2. Other than the pick play, what blatant call/non-call did they miss against bills? I thought a hold on Richie and one on wood were ticky tack, but that happens. All of the neutral zone and false starts were legit. In eagles case they had reason to complain about McKelvin pick not over turned...so it all pretty much evened out
  3. Ed Hercules could put the smack down on Ryan and Thurman at the same time, with just one mighty blow from his bulging biceps.
  4. I liked it when it happened, but I assumed thered be an offset to his bad tendencies. When they traded kiko for an aging back who cost a lot more I started to have doubts. Then when the QB competition went to the guy with the fastest 40 time I pretty much knew we were in trouble, at least offensively. Defense I figured would take another year of adjustment to get the players right for Rex's scheme. I'm expecting next year a return to top 5 defense status. Offense...is a different matter altogether
  5. Interesting stat: we had the benefit of playing the worst division in each conference. Thus far we have a combined .500 record against: AFC South - 3 & 1 NFC East - 0 & 2 Combined - 3 & 3
  6. "Good one fellas!" Activists, monitor say Syrian rebels lock people in cages as human shields A monitoring group and activists said on Sunday that Syrian rebels had locked people in cages and driven them to areas near Damascus to use as human shields against heavy government air raids.A video posted online by the Shaam News Network, an opposition media outlet, showed men and women in iron cages being driven on the back of pickup trucks .... The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said it had information from Eastern Ghouta residents that the people being used as human shields were military officers and their families who had been captured by rebels in the area." 7. Wouldnt get too excited about running up the score at home vs titans, especially when your defense pitches a shutout on every possession but one
  8. With the amount of heat they got on Bradford I'll take it. Unlike the olines false start fiascos which netted nothing positive
  9. With all the guys out or not 100%, our defense played good. That side of the ball wasnt the problem today.
  10. good for him, and great draft call by mayock saying he would have taken him #1 overall last year
  11. Early loss of clay really hurt. We needed him to attack their LBs and keep drives alive. Taylor really missed that element on 3rd down. Need to invest in another TE...one starting caliber is not enough. Taylor is not an accurate passer on those sidelines routes...he just floats them out there. Some times the WR makes a play. Watkins is not a versatile WR...not good at YAC and turning short routes into long plays. Doesnt have much vertical for jump balls. I think he's more of a Lee Evans. Some big first half strikes then when defenses adjust to his speed, he becomes a non-factor. Horrible OLine play...some of the calls like on wood and Richie were ticky tack, but overall it was mostly poor play. Even shady was visibly frustrates on that last false start on mills. Horrible calls and decisions on important 3rd downs....empty backfield when only needing 3/4 yards? If we're a power team play like one. If not, then what is the identity on offense? Gilmore's physical presence was missing, but it also helped Darby grow, and figure out how to defend bigger WRs. Chip scouted us well...took away outside runs, and had defenders get their arms up to block the shorter taylor who also throws a flat ball close to the line Defense played well enough to win...but pressure on bradord, forced critical 3 n outs, keeping themselves off the field. As always for years it seems we can't find an offense to hold up its end. Better coaching really did us in...we have better talent, they played with more discipline and simply didn't make the mistakes we did.
  12. He's not am accurate passer on those routes. Be just floats them out there in a general vicinity.
  13. Overall yes, but I wonder who would be our QB right now. Marrone had given up on EJ
  14. Without the sloppy play and play calls we win by 10 points
  15. We'rs stuck with Rex. No way Pegs eats the $20million left on his deal
  16. I hate me for saying this, wish we had marrone back
  17. Should have beaten that team...clearly a case of beating ourselves. They won because they simply dont make mistakes like we do.
  18. Terrible OLine play Terrible 3rd down play calls and decision making End of story, end of season
  19. Was that a fumble by eagles WR?
  20. Pissed away the season with ****ty 3rd and 3/4 calls
  21. Looked in to me. Chip loses a time out
  22. 3rs and 3 empty backfield ....like I said this offense has no identity
